Therefore， all-inorganic lead-free halide perovskites and their derivatives have become one of the research hotspots. Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 is a new all-inorganic lead-free halide perovskite derivative， which allow the possibility to be applied in a variety of fields due to its nontoxicity， excellent optical properties and good stability under ambient conditions. This article introduces the various synthesis methods， physical properties and the applications in LEDs， ultraviolet photodetectors， scintillators and other fields of Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 . In addition， the challenges and prospects of Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 in optoelectronic fields are presented. 非铅钙钛矿 Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 自限激子 发光二极管 光电探测 perovskite Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 self-trapped excitions LED photodetector 1　引　　言 1 由于卤化物钙钛矿材料具有高光吸收系数、带隙可调、高载流子迁移率等特性，被认为是极具潜力的新一代半导体光电材料，引起了人们的广泛研究 [ 1 1 - 3 3 1-3 ] 。通常，卤化物钙钛矿的化学式为ABX 3 ，其中A为一价阳离子，B是二价金属阳离子，X是卤素阴离子 [ 4 4 - 7 7 4-7 ] 。卤化物钙钛矿材料在激光 [ 8 8 - 9 9 8-9 ] 、光伏和发光 [ 10 10 - 11 11 10-11 ] 、光电探测 [ 12 12 ] 、柔性电子 [ 13 13 ] 等领域有着广泛的应用。其中，基于铅基钙钛矿的太阳能电池的功率转换效率超过25％ [ 14 14 - 15 15 14-15 ] ，发光二极管（LED）的外量子效率超过28% [ 16 16 - 17 17 16-17 ] 。 尽管铅基卤化物钙钛矿材料具有优异的光电性质，但是材料的低稳定性与铅的毒性仍面临着巨大挑战 [ 18 18 - 19 19 18-19 ] 。因此，非铅钙钛矿及其衍生物是重要发展方向之一，例如，锡基、铋基、铜基、锑基等材料体系 [ 20 20 - 21 21 20-21 ] 。全无机铜基钙钛矿衍生物因铜元素含量丰富、环境友好、稳定性强等特点，引起广泛关注，例如，Rb 2 CuX 3 （X = Cl, Br） [ 22 22 ] 、CsCu 2 X 3 （X = Cl, Br, I） [ 23 23 - 24 24 23-24 ] 、Cs 2 CuX 4 （X = Cl, Br, I） [ 25 25 ] 、Cs 4 CuSb 2 Cl 12 [ 26 26 - 27 27 26-27 ] 等。 根据八面体金属卤化物单元的空间或电子结构排列，金属卤化物的晶体结构可分为三维（3D）网络、二维（2D）层、一维（1D）链和零维（0D）隔离结构。与3D结构相比，零维金属卤化物们具有独特的“主-客”体结构，即独立的阴离子金属卤化物多面体客体规则有序地分布在有机阳离子或碱金属阳离子形成的主体框架中，因此具有独特的光电特性，如较大的激子结合能 [ 28 28 ] 。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 是一种零维金属卤化物，具有自限激子（STE）复合发光的特征：宽光谱、长寿命、大斯托克斯位移以及大激子结合能，并且具有良好的稳定性。2018年Taehwan Jun等人首次报道了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的高效发光特性 [ 28 28 ] 。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的晶体结构属于正交晶系，具有两种类型的Cu + 位点（四面体位和三角形位），共同组成了[Cu 2 I 5 ] 3- ，每个[Cu 2 I 5 ] 3- 被Cs + 离子隔离，形成典型的零维电子结构。 本文对Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的制备方法与物理性质进行了总结，并介绍了其在发光二极管、紫外光电探测、闪烁体等领域的研究进展，最后展望了该材料面临的挑战以及未来潜在应用前景。 2　制备方法 1 Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 材料的报道最早可追溯到1988年，Hartl等人使用液相与固相法制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 晶体 [ 30 30 ] ；2003年Wojakowska等人使用熔融法制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 晶体，重点研究了其相变与生长条件 [ 31 31 ] 。2018年Taehwan Jun等人使用反溶剂蒸汽辅助结晶法与旋涂法分别制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶与薄膜 [ 28 28 ] 。通过不同的方法，可以制备不同形态的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 材料，例如，单晶 [ 28 28 ] 、薄膜 [ 32 32 ] 、纳米晶 [ 33 33 ] 、粉末 [ 34 34 ] 以及各种复合材料 [ 35 35 - 37 37 35-37 ] ，如 图1 图1 所示。 表1 表1 汇总了不同形态Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的制备方法及生长条件，下面对其进行详细阐述。 形态 制备方法 温度（℃） 环境 时间 Ref 单晶 反溶剂蒸汽 辅助结晶法 60 密封 48 h 2 ［ 28 28 ］ 薄膜 旋涂法 退火100 / 退火1 h 单晶 反溶剂蒸汽 辅助结晶法 60 密封 48 h ［ 38 38 ］ 单晶 反溶剂蒸汽 辅助结晶法 60 密封 24 h ［ 39 39 ］ 单晶 室温溶剂 蒸发结晶法 室温 通风 ~12 h ［ 40 40 ］ 单晶 溶液法 / / / ［ 41 41 ］ 单晶 布里奇曼炉法 450 真空 96 h ［ 43 43 ］ 纳米晶 热注入 120 N 2 >30 min ［ 33 33 ］ 纳米晶 热注入 150 真空 >1.5 h ［ 45 45 ］ 纳米晶 热注入 120 / / ［ 46 46 ］ 纳米晶 热注入 160 N 2 >4 h ［ 47 47 ］ 纳米晶 一锅法 100 Ar 15min ［ 51 51 ］ 2 纳米晶 热注入法 160 N 2 >2 h 2 ［ 37 37 ］ 反溶剂法 室温 / / 粉末 研磨法 / N 2 ~130 min 2 ［ 53 53 ］ 薄膜 单源真空 沉积法 600 真空 / 粉末 研磨法 / / 30 min ［ 34 34 ］ 粉末 反溶剂法 80 / 2 h ［ 55 55 ］ 粉末 固相熔融法 退火400 惰性气体 33 h ［ 57 57 ］ 粉末 固相熔融法 400 / 24 h 2 ［ 58 58 ］ 薄膜 旋涂法 / / / 粉末 固相熔融法 350 / 6 h· ［ 59 59 ］ 粉末 固相熔融法 450 / 6.5 h ［ 61 61 ］ 薄膜 旋涂法 退火100 N 2 退火 退火1 h ［ 62 62 ］ 薄膜 反溶剂辅助 旋涂法 退火100 手套箱 退火1 h ［ 64 64 ］ 薄膜 旋涂法 退火100 N 2 退火 退火30 min ［ 65 65 ］ 薄膜 反溶剂饱和 蒸汽法 60 密闭 / ［ 66 66 ］ 2.1　单晶的制备 2 Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶的制备方法有液相法（包括反溶剂蒸汽辅助结晶法与室温溶剂蒸发结晶法）、固相熔融法和气相法。 反溶剂蒸汽辅助结晶法是将饱和的前驱体溶液放入反溶剂的蒸汽环境中进行辅助结晶。2018年Jun等人通过该方法制备了尺寸为5 mm的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶 [ 28 28 ] ，制备过程如 图2 图2 a所示。作者将CsI和CuI溶解在二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）和二甲基亚砜（DMSO）中形成前驱体溶液，再滴加甲醇致使其出现沉淀，经过滤获得饱和溶液并引发晶体形成和生长。然而，单晶生长需要相对较长的时间（60 o C，48小时），并且难以获得大尺寸的单晶。2020年Lin和Guo两个小组均使用该方法制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶材料并研究其光学性质 [ 38 38 - 39 39 38-39 ] 。室温溶剂蒸发结晶法是指将前驱体溶液在室温下挥发形成晶体。2020年，我们小组利用室温溶剂蒸发结晶法制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶 [ 40 40 ] ，制备过程如 图2 图2 b所示。在室温下将CsI与CuI溶解在DMF中制备前驱体溶液，溶液在培养皿中蒸发，形成透明Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶，单晶的尺寸可通过改变前驱体的浓度进行调节，尺寸范围为1 mm-5 mm。尽管这种方法生长晶体方便有效，但同样获得大尺寸单晶难度较大。Xu等人使用利用逆温度溶解度特性，将CsI和CuI溶解在DMSO和DMF中，再以1 o C/h升高温度至80 o C后，从饱和溶液中获得透明Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 晶体 [ 41 41 ] 。Yao等人采用饱和结晶法制备了2 cm大的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶，具体操作如下：将CsI和CuI溶解在HI溶液中，在62 o C的饱和温度点下降温结晶获得较小的晶种，再将晶种放入饱和溶液中降温结晶，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶经过30天的生长后，尺寸达到20 mm，并且获得了极高的PLQY（97.76%） [ 42 42 ] 。该方法在较低的温度下成功制备了厘米级的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶。 熔融法可分为水平梯度结晶法与布里奇曼炉法，其温度梯度方向分别为水平与垂直方向。2020年，Yuan等人利用熔融法制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶，首先使用水平梯度结晶法在真空中将药品加热至450 o C后，冷却96 h得到大块无色透明Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶。他们还用布里奇曼炉生长Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 和Tl掺杂的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶，如 图2 图2 c所示，布里奇曼炉温度为450 o C，经过72 h冷却后获得直径为10 mm，长度为20 mm的晶体 [ 43 43 ] 。熔融法虽然可获得厘米级的单晶，但是需要高温生长环境，且耗时较长。 双源气相沉积法在双温管式炉中进行。2021年，Yan等人首次使用该方法制备高结晶度的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 [ 44 44 ] 。使用玻璃、SiO 2 /Si、Si和云母作为衬底，将CsI与CuI混合粉末放入水平管式炉的高温区，将衬底放入低温区，氩气作为保护气和载气。在生长过程（20 min）结束后，管式炉自然冷却至室温，获得Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶。相较于反溶剂蒸汽辅助结晶法、熔融生长法和气相沉积法而言，我们小组所用的室温溶剂蒸发结晶法可在室温下进行，且不需要密闭或惰性气体环境，操作过程简单，耗能耗时较少，可满足Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶的绿色制备要求。 2.2　纳米晶的制备 2 目前Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶材料的制备多采用热注入法，该方法可通过调节配体、原料、温度与时间等参数来改变材料的性能，其反应过程如 图3 图3 a所示。 表2 表2 汇总了目前热注入法制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶所采用的配体及反应条件。2019年，Cheng等人报道热注入法制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶 [ 33 33 ] ，他们首先制备了油酸铯前驱体溶液，70 o C下快速注入CuI/十八烯（ODE）溶液中，获得Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶。该方法控制温度是关键，当反应温度超过100 o C时可以获得另一种铯铜碘化合物CsCu 2 I 3 纳米棒。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶在70-80 o C的较小温度范围内获得。P. Vashishtha等人也使用热注入法制备铯铜碘纳米晶 [ 45 45 ] ，同样在低温反应条件下（110 o C）得到Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶，在高温反应条件下（160 o C）得到CsCu 2 I 3 纳米棒。 原料 配体 注入方式 反应温度 Ref Cs 2 CO 3 ，CuI，ODE， OA，OLA 铯源注入 70 ℃ ［ 33 33 ］ Cs 2 CO 3 ，CuI，ODE， ，CuI，ODE， OA 铯源注入 160 ℃ ［ 49 49 ］ 研究者还尝试了除油酸铯外其他的前驱体溶液。2020年，Luo等人首先制备OLA-I（油胺-碘）前驱体溶液，随后将其注入Cu（OAc） 2 、Cs 2 CO 3 、油酸（OA）和ODE混合溶液中，获得Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶 [ 46 46 ] 。Wang等人制备了CuI的前驱体溶液，然后将Cs 2 CO 3 、OA和ODE混合并注入CuI前驱体溶液来制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶 [ 47 47 ] 。 2020年，Lian等人利用改进的热注入方法制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶，在反应溶液中引入InI 3 ，In 3+ 可抑制纳米晶的过度生长，过量的I - 离子修复碘空位减少了缺陷，最终提高了光致发光量子产率（PLQY） [ 48 48 ] 。Gao等人使用同样的方法，在优化的InI 3 前驱体的含量后，PLQY达到了96.6% [ 49 49 ] 。Chang等人则发现碘离子对控制反应的热力学平衡并调整纳米晶尺寸发挥重大作用，于是他们加入了MnI 2 作为附加碘源来精确控制I - 离子含量，获得的单分散Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶，平均尺寸为10.82 nm [ 50 50 ] 。 一锅法策略可以简化热注入的反应过程以减少反应时间和成本。2021年，Hu等人使用一锅法，将Cs 2 CO 3 ，CuI，ZnI 2 与ODE，OA，OLA混合并加热至100 ℃后冷却获得Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶，如 图3 图3 b所示 [ 51 51 ] 。此外，通过增加反应物的量，实现了大规模生产。 在室温条件下制备纳米晶一直是研究者追求的目标之一。2020年，Li等人使用反溶剂法在室温下制备出了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶 [ 37 37 ] 。如 图3 图3 c所示，使用DMSO做溶剂，异丙醇做反溶剂，在剧烈搅拌下将少量前驱体溶液滴入异丙醇中得到纳米晶溶液，他们还将少量OA与反溶剂进行混合进行配体辅助封装。 Zhang等人借助金属-有机框架（MOF）的孔状结构产生的限域作用制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶复合材料。具体将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 前驱体与MOF-74材料混合后，再加入反溶剂（甲苯），Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶逐渐生长在MOF-74纳米孔提供的封闭空间中。而MOF-74的框架结构没有被破坏，进而对Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶起到了保护作用。作者发现Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 @MOF-74复合材料具有高的稳定性 [ 52 52 ] 。 综上，虽然上述各种方法制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶，但是对其反应机理理解和精细调控还存在一定挑战。例如时间、温度、配体、气氛等对其产物质量的影响还需进一步研究。 2.3　粉末的制备 2 粉末的制备方法主要包括机械球磨法、反溶剂法和固体烧结法。机械球磨法是传统湿化学合成法的绿色替代方法，已经被国际纯粹与应用化学联合会确定为10项改变世界的技术之一。该方法不仅避免溶剂使用，减少对环境的污染，而且还避免了难溶反应物的溶解度限制和水敏感反应物的局限性。2019年，Sebastia-Luna等人使用球磨法制备出了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末，但制备过程在氮气下完成，条件较为苛刻，并且PLQY只有40%左右 [ 53 53 ] 。2020年，我们小组改进了球磨法，在大气环境中制备了粒径为0.71±0.3 μm的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末 [ 34 34 ] ，PLQY提升至60%，并且通过Na + 掺杂制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 :xNa粉末（0≤x≤13.4%），Cu + 和I - 离子之间形成了更强的化学相互作用，其空气稳定性、光稳定性和热稳定性都有很大的提高，荧光强度比未掺杂的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末提高了17.4% [ 54 54 ] 。 反溶剂法制备过程首先是将药品完全溶解到良溶剂中，再加入反溶剂达到过饱和析出粉末样品，如 图4 图4 b所示。2019年，Fang等人利用反溶剂法制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末，其中用丁内酯作为溶剂，异丙醇作为反溶剂，将药品用溶剂溶解后滴加反溶剂得到粉末 [ 55 55 ] 。整个反应过程在数秒内即可完成，但获得粉末的PLQY仅有40.1%。我们小组使用DMF作为溶剂、乙醇作为反溶剂，获得的粉末PLQY可提升至67% [ 56 56 ] 。 固体烧结法通常是将原材料充分研磨后放置在真空或氮气环境中加热至特定温度进行反应，如 图4 图4 c所示。2019年，Roccanova等人报道了在惰性气体下研磨CsI和CuI混合物后在真空400 ℃下退火12 h，并缓慢冷却至室温制备了纯相Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末，PLQY高达98% [ 57 57 ] 。2020年，Chen等人同样使用该方法制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末 [ 58 58 ] ，并研究了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的发光机理。Huang等人为避免Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 在390 o C的融化状态，尝试在更低的烧结温度下（350 o C）进行反应，结果表明低温烧结法也可获得高效发光的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末 [ 59 59 ] 。Du等人同样采用固体烧结法制备了Mn掺杂的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末 [ 60 60 ] ，并研究了其变温荧光光谱性质，证明了其在比率式光学温度计中应用的可能性 [ 61 61 ] 。 综上，固相烧结法虽然可制备出纯相并且具有高PLQY的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末，但整个过程耗时耗能。反溶剂法制备过程中必须使用溶剂，对环境造成潜在危害。而机械球磨法可以采用干磨的方式，避免化学试剂的使用，并在室温条件下反应，符合绿色制备技术的发展要求。 2.4　薄膜的制备 2 旋涂法是制备薄膜的常用方法之一，可实现Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜的原位制备，如 图5 图5 a所示。2018年，Jun等人将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 前驱体溶液在基板上采用3000 rpm的速率旋涂60 s，随后在氩气环境下100 o C退火1 h生成Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜 [ 28 28 ] 。2020年，我们小组在薄膜制备过程中引入了PVDF来改善其机械与成膜性能 [ 40 40 ] 。Li等人通过旋涂法制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜，通过调节旋涂过程的速度和时间来控制膜的厚度，最后退火以蒸发溶剂并改善结晶性 [ 62 62 ] 。Zeng等人通过反溶剂辅助的旋涂方法（乙酸甲酯为反溶剂）制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜。相较未使用反溶剂制备的薄膜，该薄膜表面更加光滑透明，且PLQY从62.0%增加到76.0%，并获得更好的稳定性 [ 63 63 ] 。该小组还将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜作为功能层应用到了忆阻器上 [ 64 64 ] 。Liang等人将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 前驱体溶液旋涂在Si纳米线上制作了宽光谱的光电探测器件，在旋涂过程中利用甲苯做反溶剂加速结晶 [ 65 65 ] 。除了原位制备Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜，研究者也可使用制备好的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶溶液旋涂薄膜。例如，Wang等人制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶，并将其溶液旋涂成膜。该方法旋涂的薄膜具有更好的平整度，制备的电致发光LED器件获得了更高的亮度与外量子效率 [ 47 47 ] 。 除了旋涂法之外，反溶剂饱和蒸汽法、单源真空沉积法、静电纺丝法等其它方法也被用于薄膜的制备。例如，2019年，Zhang等人首次利用反溶剂饱和蒸汽法，直接将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 晶体薄膜沉积在氧化铟锡（ITO）玻璃上（ 图5 图5 b），并将其应用于深紫外光电探测器 [ 66 66 ] 。Sebastia-Luna等人使用单源真空沉积法 [ 53 53 ] ，在真空、高温、高压环境中将研磨好的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末蒸发沉积制备薄膜。2022年，我们小组使用静电纺丝法制备具有蓝色偏振发射的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 /PVDF复合微/纳米纤维薄膜 [ 35 35 ] 。薄膜的PLQY为86.1%，具有较高的稳定性。Gu等人使用双源共蒸发法在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）基底上制备了大面积柔性Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜 [ 67 67 ] 。如 图5 图5 c所示，薄膜沉积系统配有两个蒸发源，分别控制CsI和CuI的蒸发速率。获得的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜在320至2000 nm的波长范围内具有超过80%的透过率。 综上，旋涂法作为Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜制备最常用的方法，具有快速、操作简便、可在室温下进行等优势，但其制备的薄膜质量还需进一步提升。可以采用反溶剂辅助的旋涂法来提升薄膜的平整度与PLQY。此外，使用真空沉积的方法可以获得大面积的致密Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜，但其需要高温环境且耗时较长。虽然上述各种方法制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜，但是考虑不同应用场景，薄膜的平整度、透明度以及机械强度等属性还有提升的空间。反应参数例如时间、温度、气氛等对薄膜质量的影响还需进一步研究。 3　物理性质 1 Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 属于直接带隙半导体，研究者用密度泛函理论（DFT）研究了其能带结构和态密度（DOS）。 图6 图6 a为Jun等人模拟的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 投影态密度图，该材料的导带底主要由Cu 4s和I 5p轨道构成，而Cu 3d轨道构成价带顶，Cs + 离子对导带底与价带顶没有贡献 [ 28 28 ] 。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的发光具有宽光谱、大斯托克斯位移、微秒级寿命等特点，发射机理为STE复合发光。 图6 图6 b为STE发射能级结构示意图，电子吸收光子能量后从基态跃迁至激发态，然后完成由激发态结构重组引起的从单线态到三线态（STE态）的系间窜越，随后从STE态跃迁至基态伴随着辐射发光 [ 28 28 ] 。而激发态结构的重组由Cu（I）四面体的Jahn-Teller变形引起 [ 69 69 - 70 70 69-70 ] 。具体来讲，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 受到光激发时，Cu（I）3d 10 的电子构型变为Cu（II）3d 9 导致Jahn-Teller变形，激发和发射峰之间的大斯托克斯位移来自Cu（I）3d 10 和Cu（II）3d 9 之间的能量差。激发态0D结构畸变被认为是长PL衰减寿命的直接原因，它导致电子和空穴的空间分离，并阻止电子和空穴的快速重组，从而导致长PL寿命。此外，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的长寿命也与其晶体质量有关。晶格缺陷可以捕获载流子(空穴和电子)并延长发光寿命，这在辐射探测领域中阻碍了时间分辨率的进一步提升。Yao等人使用饱和结晶法生长Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶，其闪烁衰减时间缩短为39 ns，快速衰减组分的百分比有了很大的提高（82%）。发光寿命的缩短可能与晶体质量的提高有关，缺陷密度的降低保证了快速衰减组分的比例 [ 42 42 ] 。 图6 图6 c、d、e、f为Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 在不同形态下的激发和发射光谱，由图可知其具有非常宽的发射光谱 [ 28 28 ] 。 表3 表3 汇总了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的光学性质，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 材料发射峰在436-452 nm范围内，激发峰范围为290-310 nm之间，吸收峰范围为285-330 nm之间，因此具有较大的斯托克斯位移（110-160 nm），表明Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 没有自吸收。通过不同制备方法得到的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶、纳米晶、粉末、薄膜的PLQY最高分别可达100%、96.6%、98%、90%。由于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜 442 / 330 / / ［ 63 63 ］ 除了在蓝光范围的发射峰外，Lin和Chen等人发现了低温下Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的560 nm左右的黄色发射峰（ 图7 图7 a、b），此现象被归因于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的多STE发射 [ 38 38 , 57 57 ] 。Guo等人还研究了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 材料的多光子吸收发射光谱，如图 7 7 d和 7 7 e所示分别为双光子吸收发射光谱（激发波长：600 nm）和三光子吸收发射光谱（激发波长：800 nm） [ 39 39 ] 。通过掺杂可以改变Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的发光特征。例如Yuan等人将Tl元素掺杂到Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶中得到了绿光发射，且增强了材料的闪烁体特性 [ 43 43 ] 。Du等人在Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末中掺杂Mn + 获得双峰发射（448和556 nm） [ 59 59 - 60 60 59-60 ] 。我们小组还研究了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的偏振发光特性，制备了具有蓝色偏振发射的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 /PVDF复合微/纳米纤维薄膜，偏振度最高为0.5（ 图7 图7 c） [ 35 35 ] 。嵌入在纳米纤维中的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米棒沿纳米纤维的长轴排列，有利于产生高极化发光。 材料的高稳定性是其应用的前提 [ 72 72 ] 。相较于铅基卤化物钙钛矿，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 具有较高的稳定性。研究者们对Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 进行了热重分析测试，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 在873 K下重量开始下降，如 图8 图8 a所示 [ 45 45 ] ，优于有机金属卤化物钙钛矿CH 3 NH 3 PbBr 3 （523 K） [ 72 72 ] 、全无机Pb基卤化物钙钛矿CsPbBr 3 /Cs 4 PbBr 6 [ 73 73 ] 和全无机Sn基卤化物钙钛矿Cs 2 SnI 6 （573 K） [ 74 74 ] 。除此之外，Li小组对Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 进行了热循环PL试验，如 图8 图8 b所示，结果表明在加热/冷却循环后，峰值强度、光谱形状和发射位置均未发生变化 [ 62 62 ] ；Zeng等人测试了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 从300 K加热到373 K时的PLQY变化，在373 K时PLQY为67.3％，为初始的88.6％ [ 63 63 ] 。上述测试表明Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 具有较好的热稳定性。研究者们还测试了其环境稳定性，在大气环境下存储Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶并记录它们的XRD图谱和PL光谱的变化，2个月后XRD图谱（ 图8 图8 c）与初始无明显变化 [ 33 33 ] ，且荧光光谱和PLQY也保持不变（ 图8 图8 d、8e） [ 63 63 ] 。Li等人还对Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜进行了光稳定性测试，在连续紫外光照射8小时后，薄膜发射光谱的半峰宽和峰值位置保持不变，PLQY仅有2％的微小衰减（ 图8 图8 f） [ 62 62 ] 。虽然Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 具有良好的光、热与环境稳定性，但是距离实际应用需求还需要进一步提升稳定性。例如研究者使用SiO 2 修饰Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶以提高其稳定性，形成的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 /SiO 2 异质结结构有效钝化了表面缺陷、改善了温度升高而导致的氧化与分解，使得其热稳定性有显著提升 [ 75 75 ] 。 上述稳定性测试均表明Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 材料具有更好的光热稳定性。其原因在于，一方面0D结构Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 比三维钙钛矿拥有更短的键长和更大的键能，从而提高了稳定性 [ 76 76 ] 。另一方面，传统的铅基有机-无机杂化卤化物钙钛矿（CH 3 NH 3 PbX 3 ）中，有机阳离子对氧气和水分极为敏感 [ 73 73 ] 。用无机铯代替有机分子可增强钙钛矿的稳定性。 4　应 用 1 4.1　LED 2 目前钙钛矿LED领域，蓝光器件相较于红光和绿光器件发展滞后，新材料与新器件结构的探索是实现高质量蓝光器件的必由之路 [ 77 77 ] 。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 是一种新型蓝光材料，其具有PLQY高、热稳定好和宽光谱发射的特点，被认为是蓝光、白光LED的理想材料。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 作为蓝色荧光粉用于荧光转换型LED器件已有相关报道。例如Cheng等人使用商用紫外LED芯片（310 nm）泵浦含有Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶荧光粉和商用YAG-04黄色荧光粉的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）薄膜，制备出了白光LED器件（ 图9 图9 a） [ 33 33 ] 。此外，铯铜碘另一物相CsCu 2 I 3 呈黄色荧光，因此可将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 和CsCu 2 I 3 两种荧光粉组合制备白光LED器件 [ 55 55 , 61 61 ] 。Cui等人发现经乙醇处理或高温加热后，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶可转变为CsCu 2 I 3 微米棒。在极性溶剂中的机理是CsI从Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 中剥离出来，溶解在极性溶剂中，留下CsCu 2 I 3 ，具体方式如下: Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 -2CsI = CsCu 2 I 3 。在高温下相变的机理是在升高温度的条件下CsCu 2 I 3 的形成势垒低于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 ，另外在高温下Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶的表面配体（OA和OLA）被还原，最终完成相变 [ 78 78 ] 。Fang等人使用反溶剂法，获得了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 和CsCu 2 I 3 的混合白光粉末，基于该粉末的白光LED器件色品坐标为（0.36, 0.36），接近标准白光点 [ 55 55 ] 。Ma等人通过旋涂比例为1.15:2的CsI/CuI前驱体溶液，制备了CsCu 2 I 3 /Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 复合薄膜，基于该薄膜的白光LED器件显色指数为91.6（ 图9 图9 b） [ 68 68 ] 。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 还被用于电致发光型LED器件。Jun等人制备了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 电致发光LED器件，最大亮度只有10 cd/m 2[ 29 29 ] 。电子/空穴注入的高势垒是其性能较低的主要原因，随后研究者对其器件结构进行优化。例如Wang等人采用p-NiO为空穴传输和电子阻挡层、TPBi为电子传输和空穴阻挡层构建了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 电致发光LED器件（ 图9 图9 c） [ 47 47 ] 。该器件最大亮度值为262.6 cd/m 2 ，外量子效率（EQE）为1.12%，半衰期达到108 h，表现出良好的稳定性。尽管基于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的LED器件取得了一定进展，但是EQE和亮度值还存在很大提升空间。其原因主要有：（1）大的有效载流子质量不利于载流子传输 [ 79 79 ] ，（2）宽带隙阻碍了载流子注入 [ 29 29 ] 。提高材料的结晶度是提升LED器件性能的有效策略之一，例如Wang等人使用添加剂（吐温）来改善CsCu 2 I 3 的结晶度并减少缺陷，以促进LED的空穴注入和传输，EQE可达3.1% [ 80 80 ] 。 4.2　紫外光电探测 2 由于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 在紫外波段具有强吸收，可以用于紫外光电探测领域。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的吸收主要位于紫外区域，在光电探测领域中应用一方面可以与硅基紫外探测器耦合，从而增大现有硅基探测器对紫外光的吸收效率；另外一方面可以通过掺杂、合金化等策略拓展Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的吸收范围，进而拓展其在其它波段的光电探测应用。Zhang小组将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜沉积在ITO玻璃构建紫外光电探测器件 [ 66 66 ] ，该探测器在紫外区域表现出良好的比探测率（6.9×10 11 Jones）和较快的响应速度（26.2/49.9 ms）。其他研究者还通过设计异质结结构来提升探测性能。Li等人研制了基于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 /GaN异质结结构的紫外光电探测器件，该器件具有300-370 nm窄光谱响应“窗口”，响应度为280 mA/W，并且在373 K的温度下连续稳定工作12小时后，光电流仅衰减10% [ 62 62 ] 。Liang等人将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 薄膜沉积到Si纳米线上形成核壳结构异质结，Si纳米线作为生长模板和电子传输层，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 作为紫外光活性材料和空穴传输层，实现了紫外增强型的宽光谱探测器，响应时间仅为92.5/189.2 μs [ 65 65 ] 。该小组还在垂直Si纳米线阵列上修饰Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶，构成的紫外探测器件的开关比（3.72*10 3 ）为纯Si纳米线器件的350倍 [ 81 81 ] 。将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 制备成片状结构有利于其载流子输运以提高其光电探测性能。例如，Lv等人使用化学气相沉积法制备了二维纳米片状Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶，基于该纳米片状单晶的紫外光电探测器响应率高达3.78 A/W -1[ 82 82 ] 。 表3 表3 为Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 与其他紫外波长光电探测器件的性能对比。从表中可以看出，基于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 4400 0.25 10 4 / ［ 87 87 ］ 4.3　闪烁体 2 铅基钙钛矿拥有强辐射发光、快速响应时间以及低探测限等优异的闪烁体特性，然而其差的热稳定性和自吸收限制了进一步应用。而Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 具有高PLQY、大斯托克斯位移和无自吸收等特点，适合作为闪烁体材料用于辐射探测。在辐射探测中，我们希望闪烁体材料拥有高光产率与短寿命来提高探测效率并实现快速探测。对比其它闪烁体材料，Cs3Cu2I5拥有较高的光产率、分辨率，但其辐射寿命还需要进一步缩短（ 表5 表5 ）。Lian等人将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶应用于X射线成像，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶的光产率可达79279 ph/MeV，高于其他闪烁体材料，搭建的X射线成像系统具有0.32 mm的空间分辨率，如 图10 图10 a所示 [ 48 48 ] 。之后，Zhou等人改善了X射线成像器件结构，将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶光纤面板与电荷耦合器件（CCD）阵列结合用于X射线探测器（ 图10 图10 b），实现了计算机断层扫描（CT）成像 [ 88 88 ] 。除了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶外，研究者还通过掺杂的方法提升Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶与粉末的辐射发光效率。Yuan等人制备了Tl掺杂的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶，光产率较未掺杂的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶提升了近三倍，达到51000 ph/MeV [ 43 43 ] 。Zeng等人在Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 粉末中掺杂Mn 2+ 显著提高辐射发光效率，最大光产率约为67000 ph/MeV [ 89 89 ] 。研究者还改善了X射线成像的空间分辨率，例如Niu等人使用热压法将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 熔体嵌入到阳极氧化铝（AAO）中制备像素化闪烁体薄膜 [ 36 36 ] ，通过AAO提供的光限制效应，获得了更高的空间分辨率（10.4 lp/mm），如 图10 图10 c所示。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 闪烁体的衰减时间一般在微秒量级。例如Yuan等人采用布里奇曼炉法制备的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶的作为X射线闪烁体的衰减时间为0.9 μs [ 43 43 ] 。Yao等人使用饱和结晶法制备的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶作为γ射线闪烁体的衰减时间为39 ns [ 42 42 ] ，由于晶体缺陷的减少，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 单晶的快速衰减成分大大增加，有利于对高能射线的快速探测。其它文献报道的衰减时间详见 表5 表5 。 闪烁体 光产率（ph/MeV） 荧光寿命（ns） 1220 / ［ 93 93 ］ 4.4　其它应用 2 Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 在防伪、光通讯、忆阻器、热电半导体和气体探测等其他领域同样具有潜在应用价值。我们小组利用Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 前驱体溶液作为墨水进行书写和绘画，证明Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 用于防伪和加密应用的可行性 [ 40 40 ] 。Shi等人制备的Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 纳米晶薄膜可以通过加湿/干燥的方式实现蓝色发射Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 和黄色发射CsCu 2 I 3 之间的可逆转换，遇水变色Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 和防水Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 /PMMA油墨协同可实现多重加密、信息防伪效果 [ 94 94 ] 。Wang等人将Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 与CsCu 2 I 3 单晶组成的白光LED应用于可见光通讯中，通信数据速率达到10.1MHz [ 95 95 ] 。Zeng等人构建了Al/Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 /ITO结构的忆阻器，忆阻器的电阻随着施加电压的不同而变化，具有双极电阻特性、低工作电压（ < ±1 V）、大的开/关比（102）、稳定的耐久性（100次循环）和长的保持时间（ > 104 s），为Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 在低毒忆阻器和神经形态计算领域中的应用提供了思路 [ 64 64 , 96 96 ] 。Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 具有理想热电材料的声子玻璃电子晶体特性，即低晶格热导率和高电导率。Jung等人对Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的热电性能进行了模拟，其热电优值ZT为2.6，表现出理想热电半导体特性 [ 97 97 ] 。Lee等人利用Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的气致相变机理，提出了一种新型半导体气致变色多模响应气体传感器，初步探索了在气体检测中的应用 [ 98 98 ] 。以上研究成果大大拓宽了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的应用领域。 5　结　　论 1 Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 是一种性能优异的非铅钙钛矿衍生物材料，在紫外激发下产生蓝光发射，其发光来源于晶格多面体扭曲产生的STE发射，具有宽光谱、大激子结合能、大斯托克斯位移、长寿命等特点，具有优良的发光性质和稳定性。基于这些性质，研究者将之应用到了LED、紫外光电探测、闪烁体等领域。本文主要介绍了Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 不同形态的制备方法，如单晶的反溶剂和室温挥发结晶、纳米晶的热注入、薄膜的旋涂法与粉末的研磨法，并介绍了该材料在照明、显示、探测等诸多方面的应用潜力。近年来许多研究者已经对Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 发光机理、制备方法与应用进行了探索，但目前仍存在一定问题需要解决。（1）低成本绿色制备技术是材料产业化的重要道路。目前Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 小尺寸纳米晶的可控制备方法依然复杂低效，寻找其它绿色制备技术依然是研究方向之一。（2）尽管Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的PLQY可以达到近100%，但其电致发光器件的效率不高，载流子传输层的选择优化依旧是一个难题。另一方面，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的光致发光器件使用紫外LED作为激发源，其流明效率受限于紫外光源本身较低的能效。（3）与其它含有重原子的闪烁体材料相比，Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的分子量较低，不利于对辐射的吸收。通过掺杂等手段，可以提高Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的光产额，降低检测限。此外，通过光子晶体结构设计，也能增加闪烁体的外量子效率。（4）目前对于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 发光机理仅限于定性分析，电子跃迁过程以及多面体的扭曲程度对其发光影响都需要进一步定量描述。因此利用光学与半导体物理知识定量化研究Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 的自限域激子复合发光是未来需要重点关注的问题。（5）强发光是0D电子结构金属卤化物的基本特性，另外其发光呈宽光谱特性，非常适合作为荧光粉用于高显色指数白光LED领域。从能量守恒的角度，发光强意味着导电性能将不太理想，但不一定意味着其在光电探测等领域中应用受限，例如，含铅钙钛矿量子点的发光强度一般非常强，但很多研究者将其应用于光电探测领域中，并且得到比较好的性能参数。对于Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5
