摘要

利用固态反应烧结方法制做的混合三氧化物陶瓷Tm∶LuScO

作为激光增益介质，在全固态激光器中实现了稳定的调

锁模运转。利用透过率为3%的输出镜获得最高连续光输出功率为257 mW，中心波长为1 993 nm，对应斜效率14.06%。以三种半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)作为锁模启动元件，系统分析了Tm∶LuScO

陶瓷激光器的调

锁模运转特性，获得最窄锁模脉冲宽度在749~891 ps之间，重复频率121.9 MHz，对应的调

包络脉冲宽度为50 μs，重复频率45.45 kHz，最高输出功率167 mW，中心波长为1 987 nm，对应最大单脉冲能量为1.37 nJ。

Abstract

The stable

-switched mode-locked operation of Tm∶LuScO

mixed trioxide ceramics prepared by solid-state reaction sintering method is demonstrated in an all solid-state laser. The maximum continuous wave output power is 257 mW with 3% output mirror. The central wavelength is 1 993 nm and the slope efficiency is 14.06%. The narrowest mode-locked pulse width is 749-891 ps

the repetition rate is 121.9 MHz

the corresponding

-switched envelope pulse width is 50 μs

the repetition rate is 45.45 kHz

the maximum output power is 167 mW

the center wavelength is 1 987 nm

and the corresponding maximum single pulse energy is 1.37 nJ.
