4-phenylene] (CNMBC-Ph) has been fabricated. The laser was pumped by the light pulses from a third harmonic radiation of a Nd ⅩⅣ YAG laser. The stimulated emission was achieved in the blue wavelength region with the peak at 450nm. The threshold power density is about 2.8MW/cm
2
.The maximum peak power of the laser output achieves at about 40kW.
