Fabrication and Performance of A Three-terminal QLED Device via An AC Electric Field Regulation

“Quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs) have attracted much attention in the field of display, but there are many problems in the traditional DC driving mode. Experts propose a three terminal QLED device structure based on AC electric field regulation, which significantly improves device performance and provides a new solution to solve traditional QLED technology problems.”
