Advances in High-energy Irradiation Stability and Damage Mechanisms of Perovskite Materials

“Radiation damage is a common core issue in fields such as medical imaging, large scientific devices, and aerospace industry. Perovskite materials have promising applications in high-energy radiation detection, but their radiation stability and damage mechanism still need further research. This study explores the damage mechanism and influencing factors of perovskite, and proposes strategies to enhance its radiation resistance, providing reference for the development of perovskite radiation detection devices.”
