“The latest research report shows that researchers have prepared ZnxMg0.993-xGa2O4:0.7% Ni2+near-infrared two zone fluorescent powder using hydrothermal method and vacuum heat treatment, which has excellent luminescence performance and potential for biological tissue imaging applications.”
