用高温固相法制备了Lu
2
O
3
∶
x
Pr
3+
与Lu
2
O
3
∶0.1% Pr
3+

)荧光粉。用XRD对其结构进行表征,测量了激发光谱、发射光谱和发光衰减曲线,分析了金属离子Li
+
、Na
+
、K
+
、Ca
2+
、Ba
2+
掺杂对Lu
2
O
3
∶Pr
3+
样品发光强度及荧光寿命的影响。结果显示:掺杂金属离子后的样品仍为纯Lu
2
O
3
立方晶相结构;与Lu
2
O
3
∶0.1% Pr
3
样品在632 nm处的发光强度比较,分别掺杂12%的Li
+
、8%的Na
+
、8%的K
+
获得样品的发光强度提高了7.32,4.11,2.55倍,掺杂了Ca
2+
和Ba
2+
的样品发光强度均减弱;与Lu
2
O
3
∶0.1% Pr
3+
样品荧光寿命比较,掺杂Li
+
、Na
+
、K
+
、Ca
2+
、Ba
2+
获得的样品
1
D
2
能级荧光寿命均缩短。

) phosphors were synthesized by the high temperature solid-state reaction. The structures of the samples were characterized by XRD
the excitation spectra
emission spectra and luminescence decay curves of the samples were measured. The influences of the doping metal ions of Li
+
Na
+
K
+
Ca
2+
and Ba
2+
on the microstructure
luminescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime for synthesized samples of Lu
2
O
3
:Pr
3+
were researched. The results show that the samples after doping metal ions are still pure Lu
2
O
3
cubic crystal phase structure. The emission intensities of Lu
2
O
3
:0.1%Pr
3+
samples doped with 12%Li
+
8%Na
+
and 8%K
+
increased 7.32
4.11 and 2.55 times than that of Lu
2
O
3
:0.1%Pr
3+
sample
but the emission intensities of samples doped with Ca
2+
and Ba
2+
decreased. Compared with
1
D
2
fluorescence lifetime of Lu
2
O
3
:0.1%Pr
3+
sample
the lifetime of the samples codoped with Li
+
Na
+
K
+
Ca
2+
Ba
2+
all decreased.
