High-efficiency Blue Quantum Dots Achieved through Shell Growth Rate Regulation

“In the field of luminescent displays, scientists have studied blue light CdZnS/ZnS core-shell structured quantum dots. By controlling the injection rate of octathiol to regulate the growth of the shell, high fluorescence quantum yield and narrow half peak width have been achieved, providing new ideas for efficient and stable blue light quantum dot light-emitting devices.”
