Blue Light-excitable Ultra-broadband Near-infrared Emission of KMgF3∶Cr3+/Ni2+ Nanocrystals Embedded in Glass Ceramics

“Significant progress has been made in the research and development of near-infrared light sources in fields such as food science, information security, and biomedicine. Experts have successfully precipitated KMgF3 nanocrystals in a fluorosilicate glass system, achieving dual broadband near-infrared emission of Cr3+and Ni2+, providing basic data for the design of low-cost and high-efficiency near-infrared light sources.”
