    • 一项关于全无机CsPbX3钙钛矿纳米晶(PNCs)的研究取得了重要突破。传统上,这些纳米晶的合成需要在高温和惰性气体条件下进行,这限制了它们在实际应用中的广泛使用。然而,在这项研究中,科研团队通过2-甲基咪唑配体调控再结晶的方法,成功地在室温下制备出了具有优异发光性能的双相CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6 PNCs。研究团队进一步将这些纳米晶与多种聚合物结合,制备出了性能优异的纳米晶复合薄膜。通过XRD、TEM和紫外-可见吸收光谱等测试,他们证明了聚合物中的双相钙钛矿结构,并筛选出了性能卓越的CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6@PDMS和CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6@EVA复合薄膜。这些复合薄膜在LED器件封装中表现出色,其中CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6@PDMS的PLQY超过了80%,而CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6@EVA的水稳定性和空气稳定性得到了显著提升。更令人兴奋的是,研究团队成功地将CsPbBr3/Cs4PbBr6@EVA复合薄膜应用于白光LED器件中。该器件的CIE色度坐标为(0.331,0.332),显示出标准白光发射。这一研究成果不仅为钙钛矿纳米晶的室温合成提供了新方法,还为白光LED器件的发展开辟了新的方向。这一突破性的研究将为未来钙钛矿材料在照明、显示等领域的应用奠定坚实基础。
