    • The performance of perovskite solar cells is limited by surface defects. Researchers have introduced a LiF intermediate layer using vacuum thermal evaporation method to effectively passivate surface defects and improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency to 22.33%, providing new ideas for the development of efficient and stable perovskite solar cells.
