白光发光二极管(LED)在固态照明中应用广泛,其中蓝色荧光粉因发挥十分重要的作用而成为当前研究的热点。本文采用高温固相法合成了KYBaSi
2
O
7
∶Bi
3+
蓝色荧光粉,研究了材料的发光特性。结果显示,在370 nm光激发下,KYBaSi
2
O
7
∶Bi
3+
呈现出覆盖380~600 nm、主峰位于418 nm的不对称宽带发射;Bi
3+
离子的发光存在浓度猝灭现象;温度升高时,材料表现出了较好的温度稳定性,在400 K时仍能保持64%的初始强度。此外,将其和商用荧光粉以及370 nm的近紫外芯片结合制成了白光LED,其色坐标为(0.368 2,0.398 1),色温为4 463 K,表明利用该材料可以实现近紫外基白光LEDs。
White light emitting diodes(LEDs) are widely used in solid state lighting, and blue phosphors play an important role, which has become the focus of current research. In this work, KYBaSi
2
O
7
∶Bi
3+
blue phosphor was synthesized by the high temperature solid-state method, and the luminescence properties of the phosphor were studied. The results show that the blue phosphor KYBaSi
2
O
7
∶Bi
3+
exhibits an asymmetric emission band, which can range from 380 nm to 600 nm, and the peak locates at 418 nm. There is the concentration quenching of Bi
3+
in KYBaSi
2
O
7
. The phosphor shows the good thermal stability, and the emission at 400 K remains the 64% of the original intensity. The white LED was synthesized by combining commercial phosphor with 370 nm near-UV LED chip. The chromatic coordinates of white light were (0.368 2, 0.398 1) and the color temperature was 4 463 K.
