分析了分散剂所起的作用。研究了室温下复合膜的激发光谱和发射光谱
以及室温和液氮温度下的分时光谱。初步探讨了ZnSCu纳米超微粒的发光过程。
Abstract
In this paper
we report the preparation of copper doped zinc sulphide aqueous colloid and ZnS:Cu nanocrystals dispersed within PVA polymer film. We study the excitation and emission spectra of ZnS:Cu PVA polymer film. The measurements of time-resolved emission spectra for the luminescence of ZnS:Cu PVA film at liquid nitrogen temperature (LNT)
room temperature (RT). The luminescence show remarkable spectrum shifts at liquid nitrogen temperature. The G-Cu luminescence show no spectrum shifts at room temperature. The luminescence process of ZnS:Cu nanoparticles is discussed.
