摘要

采用传统高温固相法制备了系列

ZnAl

/CaAl

∶Mn

(

ZAO/CAO∶Mn

)混合相红光荧光粉，研究了ZnAl

掺杂对CaAl

∶Mn

形貌和发光性能的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)表征结果表明，在1 723 K下煅烧6 h成功合成了

ZAO/CAO∶Mn

混合相荧光粉，随着ZnAl

掺杂量的增加依然保持两相共存。荧光光谱分析表明，当

=1时，ZAO/CAO∶Mn

具有最大的荧光强度，其值比CaAl

∶Mn

的荧光强度提高了203%。相对于CaAl

∶Mn

荧光粉，ZAO/CAO∶Mn

荧光粉具有更长的荧光寿命，其内量子效率提高了211%。在298~418 K温度范围内，ZAO/CAO∶Mn

荧光粉的绝对灵敏度(

)为4.32×10

-3

-1

；在418 K时，最大相对灵敏度(

)为3.65×10

-3

-1

。该荧光粉在光学测温方面具有潜在应用价值。

Abstract

A series of

ZnAl

/CaAl

∶Mn

(

ZAO/CAO∶Mn

) mixed-phase red-emit phosphors were prepared by traditional high-temperature solid-state method. The influence of ZnAl

doping on the morphology and luminescence properties of CaAl

∶Mn

was investigated. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) characterization results show that the mixed-phase phosphors were successfully synthesized after sintered at 1 723 K for 6 h

and the two-phase coexistence is maintained with the increase of ZnAl

doping amount. Fluorescence spectrum shows that ZAO/CAO∶Mn

has the largest fluorescence intensity when

which is 203% higher than that of CaAl

∶Mn

. Compared with CaAl

∶Mn

phosphor

the lifetime of ZAO/CAO∶Mn

is improved and internal quantum yield of ZAO/CAO∶Mn

is 211% higher than that of CaAl

∶Mn

. An absolute sensitivity(

) of 4.32×10

-3

-1

of the ZAO/CAO∶Mn

phosphor was obtained in the range of 298-418 K and the maximum relative sensitivity(

) was 3.65×10

-3

-1

at 418 K

implying that it has potential application value in optical thermometry.
