导波声光频谱仪集成光路的研究
摘要
根据频率分辨率极限和光学分辨率极限
用解析理论的精确公式设计了导波声光频谱仪集成光路
用单点金刚石超精加工和凹面波导制备工艺
研制成Φ12mm双孔非球面短程透镜型导波声光频谱仪集成光路芯片。实验结果表明
器件集成光路在8mm宽输入光束下通光性能良好
双孔非球面透镜的焦点分别在左、右两端面上
且输出端面焦点衍射光斑半功率点宽度为≤4μm。
Abstract
Based on the limite condition of both the frequency and the optical resolving power
an integrated optical circuit of the waveguid acousto-optic spectrum analyzer was designed by new accurate formula of analytic theory. The single point diamond machining and a technology for fabricating depression waveguid were used for fabricate the integrated optical circuit of waveguid acousto optic spectrum analyzer with two Φ12mm spherical-aberration-free aspherical lenses. The experiments show that optical circuit of the device has high quilty for input beam of 8mm width and that the focal point of the both aperture lenses were in the end faces of the left side and right side
respectively
the diffractive spot size in the input side is ≤4μm.
