摘要

采用微波加热固相法合成了Mg,2+,、Zn,2+,掺杂CaWO,4,:Eu,3+,荧光粉。利用XRD对样品的晶体结构进行表征，通过荧光分光光度仪对样品的激发光谱、发射光谱和能级寿命进行检测和分析。结果表明，Mg,2+,、Zn,2+,、Eu,3+,掺杂CaWO,4,不影响CaWO,4,基质的四方晶相。395 nm激发下，与CaWO,4,:2% Eu,3+,样品比较，分别掺杂0.5%的Mg,2+,或Zn,2+,的样品发光强度提高了1.3倍和2.1倍；与3% Mg,2+,或3% Zn,2+,掺杂CaWO,4,:2% Eu,3,粉体发光比较，当Eu,3+,浓度增加为3%时，粉体的发光强度分别提高了7.3倍和14.8倍；与CaWO,4,:3% Eu,3+,样品比较，3%的Mg,2+,或Zn,2+,掺杂后的样品光强分别提高了1.2倍和1.3倍。262 nm比395 nm激发同一样品的Eu,3+,的,5,D,0,能级寿命有所增加。与单掺2% Eu,3+,样品比较，随着Mg,2+,或Zn,2+,掺杂浓度增加，样品荧光寿命先增加后减小。同样激发波长下，与Mg,2+,或Zn,2+,掺杂CaWO,4,:2% Eu,3+,样品荧光寿命相比，Eu,3+,浓度增加为3%时，样品的荧光寿命明显变短。

Abstract

Mg,2+, Zn,2+, doped CaWO,4,:Eu,3+, phosphors were synthesized by microwave-assisted heating solid state reaction method. The crystal structures of the samples were characterized by XRD,excitation spectra, emission spectra and fluorescence lifetime were investigated. The influences of the doping metal ions of Mg,2+, or Zn,2+, on the microstructure, luminescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime for synthesized samples were investigated. The results showed that they were still the tetragonal phase for Mg,2+, or Zn,2+, doped CaWO,4,:Eu,3+, samples. Under 395 nm excitation, the luminescence intensities of CaWO,4,:2% Eu,3+, samples doped with 0.5% Mg,2+, or 0.5% Zn,2+, increased by 1.3 and 2.1 times than that of undoped these ions, the luminescence intensities of CaWO,4,:3% Eu,3+, doped with 3% Mg,2+, or 3% Zn,2+, powders increased by 7.3 times and 14.8 times than that of CaWO,4,:2% Eu,3+, samples doped with these ions, and the luminescence intensities of CaWO,4,:3% Eu,3+, doped with 3% Mg,2+, or Zn,2+, increased by 1.2 and 1.3 times than that of undoped these ions. The lifetime of,5,D,0, level of Eu,3+, for the same sample excited at 262 nm was longer than that at 395 nm. Under 395 nm excitation, compared with fluorescence lifetime of CaWO,4,:2% Eu,3+, sample, the lifetime of the samples doped with Mg,2+, or Zn,2+, increased first and then decreased. At the same excitation wavelength, compared with lifetime of CaWO,4,:2% Eu,3+, sample doped with Mg,2+, or Zn,2+, the lifetime of CaWO,4,:3% Eu,3+, samples doped with 3% Mg,2+, or 3% Zn,2+, all decreased.
