ML materials, especially elastic-mechanoluminescent(EML) ones, have important applications for visualization sensing of stress/strain. Based on the reproducible properties of EML materials and the liner relationship between luminescent intensity and stress value, it can be used to make an intelligent stress distribution image sensor that detects the stress intensity and the location of structure, so as to realize the non-destructive detection and stress visualization of dynamic force of movement of human body. The dynamic pressure distribution of the human body can reflect the condition of the body, the force and movement state of the body posture, and even the health of the human body. Through the test and analysis of limb pressure, it can obtain the physiological and functional parameters of the human body under various postures and exercises, which are of great significance for clinical medical diagnosis, biomechanics and sports. In this article, the solid-state reaction method is applied to prepare the SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu 2+ (SAO-E) EML material with green light emission, and then the SAO-E and silicone rubber(Ecoflex composite) are prepared to design a flexible membrane. The membrane is used to collect limb pressure images, which can not only achieve the visualization purpose of dynamic pressure, but also analyze the distribution of pressure at different positions of the limb. Compared with traditional measurement methods, the limb pressure measurement method based on EML materials can be directly visualized, which not only improves the recognition, but also obtains the detailed characteristics of the pressure, and also provides a new way of thinking for foot health monitoring. 应力发光 发光 压力监测 SrAl 2 O 4 mechanoluminescence luminescence pressure monitoring SrAl 2 O 4 应力发光材料是一种能在压力、摩擦力、冲击力和超声波等各种机械外力作用下发光的新型材料 [ 1 1 - 2 2 1-2 ] 。应力发光(ML)分为摩擦发光和形变发光，从材料形变过程来研究，应力发光又分为弹性、塑性与断裂应力发光 [ 3 3 ] 。其中弹性应力发光属于非破坏性发光，在基质的弹性变形限度内，由于发光的可重复性以及发光强度与应力大小的线性特征规律，使得通过检测应力发光的分布而确定应力分布成为可能。SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu 2+ 是典型的弹性应力发光材料，它普遍被认为是最高效的应力发光材料之一，也是目前研究最多的应力发光材料之一。在紫外光激发下，Eu 2+ 的价电子被激发到SrAl 2 O 4 的导带，随后被导带以下的陷阱能级捕获，机械作用使能带弯曲，进而导致暂存于陷阱中的电子加速释放，产生强烈的光发射 [ 4 4 - 5 5 4-5 ] 。 1998年，徐超男课题组报道了 SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu (SAO-E)的绿色弹性应力发光现象，提出了通过在表层涂覆SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu或制备复合结构来评估固体应力分布的新方法，并建立了SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu的ML动力学模型，至此开启了研究者对应力发光荧光材料及应用的研究兴趣 [ 6 6 ] 。2005年，韩国Kim小组使用SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu,Dy制成的ML涂料实现了陶瓷裂纹的可视化，并利用该技术研究了其断裂机理 [ 7 7 ] 。2007年，Kim等又将SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu,Dy与环氧树脂混合制成涂料，成功地进行了准动态裂纹扩展的可视化检测 [ 8 8 ] 。2009年，徐超男小组利用SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu传感膜实时观察到圆形孔的应力分布，并且可视化了复杂的Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)效应，即塑性变形过程中的失稳，并对PLC的特性进行了精确研究 [ 9 9 ] 。2014年，日本的Someya等采用SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu研究了ML对循环应力的适用性，验证了在循环应力下，ML荧光粉作为应力传感器材料的实用性 [ 10 10 ] 。2018年，徐超男小组以SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu为基础制备的可伸缩弹性发光应变传感器，在高灵敏度、高精度应变成像以及大规模实时结构健康监测方面取得重大进展 [ 11 11 ] 。也是在2018年，中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所王赵锋等借助机械发光材料SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu,Dy和树脂制成的人工牙研究了人工牙咬合检查中的力学问题，所构建的标准人工牙模型中明亮敏感的ML可指导临床医生有目的地调整咬合面 [ 12 12 ] 。随着高性能应力发光材料不断被研究，应力发光材料已经在应力探测、应力分布可视化、风力驱动显示、电子加密签名、传感器，生物成像等领域呈现出良好的应用潜力 [ 13 13 - 15 15 13-15 ] 。 生命在于运动，体育运动无论是对我们的身体健康还是心理健康都有极大的益处，国家也一直在提倡全民运动，建设健康中国。在现代体育中，无论是体育教学还是专业训练，运动分析都发挥着重要作用，结合应力发光智能材料做肢体运动压力分析将为运动分析提供一个新的方法 [ 16 16 ] 。以人体足底压力为例，人体足底的压力分布能反映出脚的结构、功能、人体健康等信息。利用电学传感器对足底压力的实时监测在可穿戴生物传感器、运动损伤检测和早期诊断方面有着重要的应用 [ 17 17 - 18 18 17-18 ] 。目前的足底压力测量装置中所采用的传感器大都是电阻、电容和压电式，这些传感器因为电极问题导致感测点大、分辨率低，所以较难分析足底压力细节特征。近年来，采用应力发光材料来实现应力分布的可视化监测得到了快速发展，一大类氧化物及硫/氧化物高性能应力发光材料得到了充分的研究 [ 19 19 - 20 20 19-20 ] 。由于弹性应力发光材料的发光强度与应力大小的线性特征规律，我们采用应力发光材料实现了肢体运动压力分布监测，这样不仅实现了压力分布的可视化，而且还能够分析不同位置压力大小的分布情况。 以高纯度的SrCO 3 、Al 2 O 3 、Eu 2 O 3 、ZrO 2 为原料来获得SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu 2+ 。将一定配比的原料放入玛瑙研磨钵里，在无水乙醇中湿磨40 min。将充分研磨后的材料放入刚玉舟内，把刚玉舟放在70 ℃的烘箱中干燥2 h后，再将刚玉舟放入管式炉，在H 2 /N 2 混合气氛(H 2 :5%/N 2 :95%)下以1 400 ℃的温度煅烧6 h。烧结后的样品在玛瑙研磨钵中被磨成细粉，并用300目的筛子过筛以便后续表征和制作柔性应力发光薄膜。 ML薄膜制作:首先将3 cm×3 cm的方形不锈钢模具放在乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer,EVA)覆盖的热塑性聚酯(PET)膜上，随后把0.3 g SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu 2+ ML粉末和0.09 g UV固化胶(LEAFTOP 9307)分散在乙醇中，随后再转移到模具中。待乙醇挥发后取走模具，将两片PET膜放入塑封机中塑封，最后用紫外灯照射固化。 柔性应力发光薄膜制作:硅橡胶(Ecoflex)与应力发光粉末以重量比10∶3相混合，并搅拌5 min。在亚克力板上做一个30 cm×15 cm的模具，将搅拌后的混合液均匀地倒入模具中，然后放入烘箱中以60 ℃干燥2 h，得到柔性应力发光薄膜。 X射线衍射图谱由Bruker D2相X射线衍射仪测得。SEM图像由FEI Scios双束扫描电镜系统获得。利用爱丁堡FLS1000光谱仪测量了光致发光(PL)光谱。采用自制的ML测试装置测试了样品的应力发光(ML)性能。使用自制的压力分布可视化装置得到了柔性应力发光薄膜的受力分布图像。 自制的ML测试装置由电机、数字推拉仪、石英玻璃板和光纤光谱仪(海洋光学)组成。将ML薄膜固定石英玻璃板上，数字推拉仪上附着的金属在ML薄膜上运动，力的大小由数字推拉仪调节并控制，产生的光发射信号由光谱仪上的光纤来采集。 自制的压力分布可视化装置由柔性应力发光薄膜、透明的亚克力板、支架、商业相机和电子秤组成。透明的亚克力板放在支架上，柔性应力发光薄膜贴附到透明的亚克力板上面，当薄膜受到如手指、手掌、足底的压力时会产生相应的受力分布图像，图像由商业相机得到并记录。 图1(a) 图1(a) 显示所合成材料的XRD衍射峰都很好地与SrAl 2 O 4 标准卡(PDF#34-0379)对应。SEM照片如 图1(b) 图1(b) 所示，经过研磨和过筛，我们得到了形状不规则的细粉，单独颗粒的大小在数微米左右。X射线能谱分析(EDS)验证了掺杂元素Eu、Zr的存在，并与Sr、Al、O元素在SrAl 2 O 4 基质中均匀分布，如 图1(c) 图1(c) 所示。由于离子半径相似，在反应后Eu离子掺杂在SrAl 2 O 4 基质中取代了部分Sr的位置，Zr离子掺杂在SrAl 2 O 4 基质中取代了部分Al的位置。 对ML薄膜进行了力致发光性能测试。 图2(a) 图2(a) 是样品在535 N机械力下的发光强度变化图，从图中我们可以看出，在一定压力范围内，样品的发光强度随着应力的增大而增强，呈一定的线性关系。 图2(b) 图2(b) 是应力发光(ML)和光致发光(PL)测试结果。通过对比其应力发光谱和光致发光谱，我们发现其具有相同的发光峰，都在520 nm左右。这说明应力发光的发光中心和光致发光的发光中心都来自于掺杂在SrAl 2 O 4 基质中的Eu离子，与Eu 2+ 的4f 7 和4f 6 5d 1 能级之间的电子跃迁有关。 图2(c) 图2(c) 是ML 薄膜在受到机械力时的实际发光照片，轻轻刮擦即可看到明亮的ML现象，随着施加的力加大，发光强度也随之对应增强。 随着经济的发展、社会信息化建设的加速，电子签名无论是在生活还是在工作中都扮演着重要的角色。目前，市场上的电子签名笔大部分只能单一表征出书写过程中的位置信息而没有压力信息。基于弹性应力发光材料的电子签名在获得字迹的同时，还能将写字力度信息以光强大小的形式呈现。将ML 薄膜贴在透明玻璃板上用正常写字力度进行书写，在透明玻璃板的另一面用商业相机进行图像采集，得到的图像如 图3(a) 图3(a) 所示。对字迹图片用Matlab软件进行三维图像处理。从处理结果上可以看出力与亮度成正相关关系，图像上每个像素点的灰度值即是亮度的反映，笔迹力度越大的位置灰度值越大。基于应力发光材料的电子签名让书写信息更加真实化，更具安全性。 同样，基于弹性应力发光材料发光的可重复性以及发光强度与应力大小的线性特征规律，我们设计了一个压力分布检测装置。 图3(b) 图3(b) 是自制的压力分布可视化装置模型图。 图3(c) 图3(c) 是自制的柔性应力发光薄膜模型示意图和实物照片，该薄膜大小为30 cm×15 cm，厚度为1 mm，薄膜在360 nm紫外灯照射下的照片也展示在图中。大量的SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu 2+ 颗粒均匀地分布在硅橡胶(Ecoflex)中，固化之后形成了柔性应力发光薄膜，该柔性应力发光薄膜对正向压力的响应较为灵敏和强烈。首先我们尝试以不同的力去获取手掌压力分布图像，当我们用手掌以不同的力去按压柔性应力发光薄膜时，得到的图像如 图3(d) 图3(d) 所示。随着力度的增大，手掌的图案更清晰，另外，每个手掌的不同位置由于压力的分布不同，亮度也不同。 图4(a) 图4(a) 是当柔性应力发光薄膜受到如手指、拳头、手掌、足底的压力时产生相应的受力分布图像。同时，我们又将彩色图像转化为灰度图像，灰度化后，每个像素点的RGB值统一为灰度值，每个像素点的灰度值即是亮度的反映，通过灰度图像进而分析不同的位置压力大小的分布情况。以足底图像为例，薄膜受到来自足底的压力时，由于足底各个位置的压力不同，薄膜相对应的位置会出现强弱不同的光，这不仅能够直观地看到足底压力的分布情况，而且可以分析足部细节特征，进一步达到足部健康监测目的。当手掌以不同的姿态对薄膜施加压力时，得到的压力分布图像如 图4(b) 图4(b) 所示。我们还可以利用柔性应力发光薄膜来对人体足部做运动监测，通过分析灰度图像，进而分析运动中的足底压力分布，得到的一系列压力分布图像如 图4(c) 图4(c) 所示。从脚跟到整个脚掌，再到前脚掌和脚尖，整个步态动作都被监测到，利用得到的压力分布图像可以做进一步的运动分析。 综上所述，我们合成了一种高效的弹性应力发光材料SrAl 2 O 4 ∶Eu 2+ 。该材料通过Eu 2+ 的4f 7 →4f 6 5d 1 跃迁发射，能将紫外线和机械能转化为绿色可见光能。该材料对正向压力的响应极为灵敏和强烈，并且发光强度与应力的强度具有线性特征规律，因此我们利用该弹性应力发光材料实现了对肢体压力分布的可视化监测。从实验结果来看不仅达到了肢体压力的可视化，而且还能够观察到各个位置压力大小的分布情况。得到的图像可以用来分析肢体压力细节特征，进一步达到运动分析和健康监测的目的。 参考文献: DU Y Y , JIANG Y , SUN T Y , et al .
