In this work, the CsPbBr 3 nanocrystal is chosen as the luminescent center and the thiol-ene polymer is used for the transparent optical waveguide matrix of LSC. The photoluminescence emission spectra, absorption spectra, and time-resolved emission spectra are performed to evaluate the optical efficiency, respectively. It is found that the emission peak blue-shifts by 11.0 nm and the full width at half maximum(FWHM) widens by 20.4 nm, which can be attributed to the dielectric screen effect of thiol-ene polymer matrix. Meanwhile, the introducing thiol-ene polymer matrix can greatly improve the photoluminescence emission stability of CsPbBr 3 nanocrystals. When the amount of CsPbBr 3 nanocrystals in the thiol-ene polymer matrix is 5.6%, the corresponding optical efficiency of LSC can reach 8.9%, which is higher than that of nanocrystals-based LSC reported in most previous studies. Further, the commercial polycrystalline silicon solar cell is designed to install in the edge of an LSC. Under the standard AM1.5 solar simulator, the device demonstrated the attractive attributes of open-circuit voltage of 0.47 V, short-circuit current density of 7.14 mA/cm 2 , fill factor of 24.01%, and high power conversion efficiency up to 2.30%. 钙钛矿纳米晶 硫醇-烯聚合物 荧光太阳集光器 光致发光 集光效率 perovskite nanocrystal thiol-ene polymer luminescent solar concentrator photoluminescence optical efficiency 1　引言 1 发展战略性新兴产业和加快推动绿色低碳发展已成为时代之需，大力发展可再生能源是推动能源转型发展的一个重要手段。作为可再生能源技术之一，太阳能光伏发电(Photovoltaic,PV)能够将太阳辐射能直接转换成电能。在过去的半个世纪中，光伏技术取得了长足的发展，但居高不下的单位发电成本仍是限制光伏产业进一步发展的瓶颈 ［ 1 1 ］ 。换个角度思考这一问题，在光电转化效率一定的情况下，通过聚光技术在单位面积上获得更多入射太阳光，从而将会更有效地利用太阳能电池。传统的菲涅尔聚光光伏技术可大大提高太阳能电池的利用率，但需要额外的逐日系统，限制了光伏发电成本的进一步降低 ［ 2 2 ］ 。作为一种新型的集光器件，平板型荧光太阳集光器(Luminescent solar concentrator,LSC)近年来在光伏建筑一体化方面的潜在应用受到了广泛关注 ［ 3 3 - 4 4 3-4 ］ 。平板型荧光太阳集光器是由一块内含或表面涂有发光中心(如有机染料、纳米晶等)的透明基质(如聚合物、玻璃等)制成。发光中心吸收太阳光后发生光致发光过程，重新发射的光子由于全内反射(Total internal reflection,TIR)被限制在透明基质内并汇聚在荧光太阳集光器的边缘，最终被安装在边缘的太阳能电池收集从而将光能转化为电能 ［ 5 5 ］ 。 目前，应用于荧光太阳集光器的发光中心材料主要包括有机荧光染料、纳米晶以及稀土离子 ［ 6 6 - 7 7 6-7 ］ 。有机荧光染料虽然拥有较高的荧光量子产率(PLQY)，但是差的光学稳定性以及不可避免的光谱自吸收现象，严重限制了其在荧光太阳集光器的应用。基于稀土离子的发光材料表现出较高的光稳定性和较大的斯托克斯位移，但由于透明基质中稀土离子吸收截面只有10 -21 cm -2 ，导致其吸收系数远远小于纳米晶 ［ 8 8 ］ 。这些缺点也使稀土离子作为发光中心材料应用于荧光太阳集光器面临极大挑战。纳米晶作为一种新颖的荧光材料，因其优越的光、化学稳定性和较高的荧光量子产率以及可谐调的荧光吸收谱和发射谱，在光电探测 ［ 9 9 - 10 10 9-10 ］ 、电致发光 ［ 11 11 - 12 12 11-12 ］ 和光伏发电 ［ 13 13 - 14 14 13-14 ］ 等技术领域有着重要的应用前景，得到人们的广泛关注。近年来，南京大学邓正涛 ［ 15 15 ］ 和青岛大学赵海光 ［ 16 16 ］ 以及国外Rosei ［ 17 17 ］ 、Klimov ［ 18 18 ］ 、Sargent ［ 19 19 ］ 和Ou ［ 20 20 ］ 等课题组将纳米晶作为荧光太阳集光器中的荧光中心，极大地提升了器件的集光性能。到目前为止，荧光太阳集光器的光子收集效率仍有比较大的提升空间。一方面，具有高荧光量子产率、大斯托克斯位移的发光中心材料将极大地影响平板型荧光太阳集光器的集光效率;另一方面，具有大折射率、与发光中心良好兼容性的多种基质材料将会影响光子的输运效率，最终也会影响器件的集光效率。因此，探索光学性能优良的发光中心材料以及具有高光子输运效率的基质材料是提高荧光太阳集光器集光效率的关键。 本文采用Protesescu等 ［ 21 21 ］ 报道的传统热注入法合成了全无机钙钛矿CsPbBr 3 纳米晶，作为发光中心材料。尝试采用硫醇-烯聚合物作为透明波导基质，构建平板型荧光太阳集光器。由于硫醇-烯聚合物基质的介电约束效应，硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的光致发光谱展示了峰位蓝移、半高宽展宽、发光稳定性提升等特性。当CsPbBr 3 纳米晶在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的掺杂浓度为5.6%时，平板型荧光太阳集光器的集光效率可达8.9%，优于目前报道的绝大多数纳米晶荧光太阳集光器的集光性能。采用商用的多晶硅太阳能电池耦合在基于CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂硫醇-烯聚合物基质的平板型荧光太阳集光器的边缘，在标准的太阳光照条件下，器件开路电压为0.47 V，短路电流密度为7.14 mA/cm 2 ，填充因子为24.01%，光电转换效率为2.30%。现有研究结果表明,CsPbBr 3 纳米晶是一种潜在的硫醇-烯聚合物荧光太阳集光器发光中心材料。 2　实验 1 2.1　实验材料 2 实验材料包括:溴化铅(PbBr 2 ,99.99%)、碳酸铯(Cs 2 CO 3 ,99.99%)、1-十八烯(ODE,90%)、油胺(OLA,80%90%)、油酸(OA,90%)，丙烯单体(三烯丙基-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-三酮, > 90%)，硫醇单体(季戊四醇四(3-巯基丙酸酯),98%)，光引发剂(Irgacure-184)。所有试剂均直接使用，未经过进一步纯化处理。 2.2　钙钛矿纳米晶合成 2 采用传统的热注入法合成全无机钙钛矿CsPbBr 3 纳米晶。首先，将220 mg Cs 2 CO 3 放入装有10 mL ODE和1.25 mL OA混合溶液的50 mL三颈烧瓶中，不断搅拌加热直至固体颗粒物完全溶解，完成Cs前驱体的制备。然后，将69 mg PbBr 2 、5 mL ODE、1.5 mL OA和1.5 mL OLA置于50 mL的三颈烧瓶中，搅拌并加热至110 ℃。随后在氮气保护氛围中持续搅拌加热至200 ℃，并快速加入0.5 mL Cs前驱体，反应60 s后，迅速置于冰水混合溶液中冷却至室温。最后，将溶液进行多次离心清洗处理，最终产物分散至正己烷溶液中。 2.3　荧光太阳集光器制备 2 荧光太阳集光器结构如 图1 图1 所示。采用光滑玻璃板作为模具制备平板型荧光太阳集光器。首先分别称取5.4 g丙烯单体和5.4 g硫醇单体，混合均匀，随后，将水热法合成的全无机钙钛矿CsPbBr 3 纳米晶加入上述混合溶液中，并加入0.054 g光引发剂Irgacure-184。混合溶液中，丙烯单体、硫醇单体与光引发剂的质量比控制在1∶1∶0.01。然后将前驱液超声震荡1015 min，将超声完毕的混合溶液置于真空干燥箱内进行脱泡处理。混合溶液在小于0.01 Pa的真空环境下保持1 h后，将混合溶液轻轻注入自制玻璃模具中，采用中心波长为365 nm的紫外灯均匀照射510 min，进行固化成型处理。最后进行脱模工艺，并在器件边缘安装经过激光切割的商用多晶硅太阳能电池。具体实验流程图如 图2 图2 所示。 2.4　测试与表征 2 采用日本岛津公司的UV-3600型紫外可见近红外分光光度计测试了CsPbBr 3 纳米晶在正己烷溶液以及在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的室温吸收谱。采用日本滨松公司的Quantaurus-QY Plus系统测试了CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的荧光量子产率。采用Horiba Jobin Yvon的Fluorolo-3稳态荧光测试系统测试了样品的光致发光谱，激发光源为450 W氙灯，探测器为日本滨松公司的R928光电倍增管(PMT)。采用英国爱丁堡公司的FLS-1000系统，利用时间相关单光子计数技术测试了荧光衰减曲线。利用美国Newport-Oriel公司生产的太阳能电池能量转换效率测试系统，在AM1.5(100 mW∙cm -2 )的模拟太阳光照射条件下，测量了样品的 J - V 曲线。所有测试数据均按照仪器参数进行了校正，并滤除了环境噪声。 3　结果与讨论 1 图3(a) 图3(a) 为热注入法所制备的全无机钙钛矿CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的TEM图,CsPbBr 3 纳米晶尺寸较为均一。纳米晶尺寸统计分布如插图所示,CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的平均尺寸为8.62 nm。当纳米晶的平均半径小于或者接近波尔激子半径(约7 nm)时，会出现量子限域效应 ［ 22 22 ］ 。 图3(b) 图3(b) 显示的是全无机钙钛矿CsPbBr 3 纳米晶在正己烷溶液中的荧光发射谱和吸收谱，激发波长为360 nm。插图为紫光灯照射下样品的实物图。荧光发射中心波长在523 nm，发射峰半高宽(FWHM)为14.2 nm，相对较小的FWHM值反映了CsPbBr 3 纳米晶尺寸的均一分布。Quantaurus-QY Plus系统测试结果显示,CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的荧光量子产率为78%。 图3(c) 图3(c) 为CsPbBr 3 纳米晶在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的荧光发射谱和吸收谱，激发波长同样是360 nm。 相比于正己烷溶液中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的吸收峰而言，硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的吸收峰并不明显。我们认为小的吸收值是由硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的低的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶浓度导致的。与在正己烷溶液中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶发射谱相比，在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中发射峰中心波长蓝移至512 nm，并且半高宽从14.2 nm增加至34.6 nm。根据我们之前的报道 ［ 23 23 ］ 以及荧光寿命的对比测试分析，蓝移的发射峰以及明显展宽的半高宽可以归因于硫醇-烯聚合物基质的介电约束效应。硫醇-烯聚合物基质对CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的介电约束效应，导致了CsPbBr 3 纳米晶激子结合能的下降。为了验证硫醇-烯聚合物基质是否能提高CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的稳定性，对其进行了光稳定性测试。 图3(d) 图3(d) 对比了全无机钙钛矿纳米晶分别在硫醇-烯聚合物基质以及正己烷溶液中的发光稳定性。经过15 d的贮存处理，贮存的环境条件为室温环境，温度为(20±5) ℃，相对湿度为(65±10)%，自然的光照条件(约为3080 mW/cm 2 )。分布在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶发光强度下降了19.8%，而在正己烷溶液中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶发光强度下降了近40%，是前者的两倍，这是由于硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶可有效地隔离空气和水分，因此发光稳定性大幅提升。 图3(e) 图3(e) 为CsPbBr 3 纳米晶与硫醇-烯聚合物基质构成的平板型荧光太阳集光器在标准的AM1.5模拟太阳光照射条件下的实物图。全无机钙钛矿纳米晶均匀地分布在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中，由于聚合物基质较大的折射率，从图中明显可以看到光子聚集在平板型荧光太阳集光器四周。 聚合物基质中发光中心的浓度极大地影响了平板型荧光太阳集光器的光子输运效率以及最终的集光效率 ［ 24 24 - 26 26 24-26 ］ 。 图4 图4 显示的是5种不同CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂浓度的硫醇-烯聚合物基质的荧光衰减曲线。硫醇-烯聚合物基质中CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂浓度为1.9%、2.8%、3.7%、4.6%、5.6%，分别对应 图4 图4 中的样品1~5。更高的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂浓度将会导致平板型荧光太阳集光器的透光度大幅下降。根据之前的理论分析 ［ 27 27 ］ ，过高的掺杂浓度将会导致CsPbBr 3 纳米晶之间发生重吸收的几率大幅提高，最终将导致光子输运效率以及最终的集光效率下降。如 图4 图4 所示，随着硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂浓度的提高，其特征发光峰的荧光寿命逐渐变短。样品的平均荧光寿命采用双指数函数拟合，其平均荧光寿命由公式(1)计算得出: http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=21350696&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=21350697&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=21350698&type= 其中, a i 和 τ i 分别为拟合PL曲线寿命的权重系数和荧光寿命系数。随着硫醇-烯聚合物基质中CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂浓度的提高,CsPbBr 3 纳米晶特征发光的平均荧光寿命分别为13.45,12.54,11.55,10.08,8.49 ns，呈现逐渐减小的趋势。这是因为随着CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂浓度的提高，光子输运过程中发生重吸收几率增加，导致其平均荧光寿命下降 ［ 28 28 - 29 29 28-29 ］ 。插图为不同浓度CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂硫醇-烯聚合物基质的实物图，标尺长度为3 cm。 为了定量评价基于CsPbBr 3 纳米晶掺杂硫醇-烯聚合物基质的平板型荧光太阳集光器的集光效率，本文首先通过黑色胶带(接近100%吸收光子)覆盖器件边缘，如 图5(b) 图5(b) 插图所示。利用积分球测量了整个平板型荧光太阳集光器的PL积分强度( I Total )以及由于光子逃逸锥而损失的PL积分强度( I Face )。平板型荧光太阳集光器的边缘发光积分强度( I Edge )可通过计算求出 ［ 30 30 ］ 。 图5(a) 图5(a) 展示了集光效率计算测试装置示意图。 图5(b) 图5(b) 为当CsPbBr 3 纳米晶在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的掺杂浓度为5.6%时，样品的PL测试结果。根据公式: http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=21350702&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=21350703&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=21350704&type= 可知，样品的边缘发射效率为70.4%。从图中可看出，边缘发射谱相对于面发射谱呈现出明显的红移现象，这是由于硫醇-烯聚合物基质中CsPbBr 3 纳米晶发生了重吸收过程。根据菲涅尔定律，对于折射率 n =1.5的硫醇-烯聚合物波导，理论计算的最大光子捕获效率为75% ［ 31 31 ］ 。但由于荧光分子间的重吸收作用会引起波导光传输过程中的随机化而降低器件的边缘效率 ［ 32 32 - V 曲线。当CsPbBr 3 纳米晶在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的掺杂浓度为5.6%时，太阳能电池的开路电压为0.47 V，短路电流密度为7.14 mA/cm 2 ，填充因子为24.01%，光电转换效率为2.30%。 4　结论 1 本文选取全无机钙钛矿CsPbBr 3 纳米晶作为发光中心，选取硫醇-烯聚合物作为光波导基质材料，制备了平板型荧光太阳集光器。由于硫醇-烯聚合物基质的介电约束效应，硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的CsPbBr 3 纳米晶的光致发光谱展示了峰位蓝移、半高宽展宽、发光稳定性提升等特性。当CsPbBr 3 纳米晶在硫醇-烯聚合物基质中的掺杂浓度为5.6%时，平板型荧光太阳集光器的集光效率可达8.9%。采用标准的紫外固化胶在平板型荧光太阳集光器边缘安装商用的多晶硅太阳能电池，在标准的太阳光照条件下，器件的开路电压为0.47 V，短路电流密度为7.14 mA/cm 2 ，填充因子为24.01%，光电转换效率可达2.30%。 参考文献: JENA A K , KULKARNI A , MIYASAKA T .
