Magnetic Field Effect on the Property of the Weak-coupling Bound Polaron in Quantum Well
The properties of the weak-coupling bound polaron in quantum well are studied using the linear combination operator and the unitary transformation method. The relations of the ground-state energy of the bound polaron in quantum well with the Coulomb bound potential
the vibration frequency
magnetic field and the well-width are derived. At the same time
the dependency of the vibration frequency on the Coulomb bound potential and magnetic field is discussed. The results of numerical calculation show that the ground-state energy changes with the Coulomb bound potential
magnetic field and the well-width
which will increase with increasing magnetic field and decrease with increasing the Coulomb bound potential and the well-width. The vibration frequency will increase with increasing the Coulomb bound potential and magnetic field.
