采用高温固相法合成Sr
3
B
2
O

:Eu

红色荧光粉,考察了激活剂Eu
3+
和电荷补偿剂Li
+
浓度对Sr
3
B
2
O
6
:Eu
3+
,Li
+
荧光粉发光性能的影响。结果表明:适量掺杂Eu
3+
、Li
+
离子并不改变Sr
3
B
2
O
6
的结构。当Eu
3+
掺杂量为4%、Li
+
的掺杂量为8%时,在900 ℃下灼烧2 h可以得到发光性能最佳的Sr
2.9
B
2
O
6
:0.04Eu
3+
,0.08Li
+
红色荧光粉。以394 nm的近紫外光激发时,Sr
3
B
2
O
6
:Eu
3+
,Li
+
荧光粉发射出红光,对应于Eu
3+
的4f-4f 跃迁,其中以614 nm附近的

7
F
2
跃迁发光最强,是一种有潜力用于白光LED的红色荧光粉。
The red phosphor Sr
3
B
2
O
6
:Eu
3+
Li
+
was prepared by high temperature solid-state method. The effects of the concentration of activating agent Eu
3+
and sensitizing agent Li
+
on luminescent properties of Sr
3
B
2
O
6
:Eu
3+
Li
+
were investigated. The results show that there is not obvious structure transformation of Sr
3
B
2
O
6
after appropriate amounts of Eu
3+
and Li
+
doping. The optimal doping content of Eu
3+
and Li
+
are 4% and 8%
respectively. The optimal temperature is 900 ℃ for 2 h. The phosphor Sr
3
B
2
O
6
:Eu
3+
Li
+
can be excited by 394 nm near-UV light and emits red light corresponding to the 4f-4f transition of Eu
3+
. Its strongest emission peak is attributed to the
5
D
0
7
F
2
transition of Eu
3+
at about 614 nm. The phosphor could be a promising red phosphor for white LED.
