摘要

作为光激励发光的首选材料BaFBr:Eu

在其中掺杂一定量的Al

后

其光激励发光谱向长波方向发生了较大的红移现象。红移的机理是掺杂的Al

离子取代了BaFBr:Eu

晶格中的Ba

离子

且处于F(Br

)心的次近邻位所致。本文利用喇曼光谱和电子顺磁共振谱对受掺杂Al

微扰的F(Br

)心的结构进行了研究

首次在喇曼光谱的高频移区观测到了由于掺杂Al

所引起的新结构的产生

通过电子顺磁共振谱表征了在BaFBr:Eu

中Al

与F(Br

)心的相对位置

并且得出F(Br

)心与O

心存在着空间相关性。

Abstract

BaFBr:Eu

is a good photostimulated luminescent(PSL) material. The experiments show that compared with BaFBr:Eu

the phosphor BaFBr:Eu

doped with Al

has strong red-shift PSL peaks. The red-shift mechanism is considered as the replacement of Ba

by Al

doped in BaFBr:Eu

and the location of Al

is at next neighborhood to F(Br

) centers. The spectra of Raman scattering and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR) were used to investigate the structure of F(Br

) centers effected by Al

. The new Raman peak structure is found at high frequency region due to the fact that Al

doped in BaFBr:Eu

. The site relationship of Al

and F(Br

) centers is observed and the spatial correlation between F (Br

) centers and O

centers was studied by EPR spectra.
