which is provided by two-beam interference using Lloyd mirror configuration.It is found that the full width at half maximum of the DFB resonator is much narrower than that of planar waveguide model.The effects of applied electric field on output intensity are also investigated at different observed angles.The output intensity of TE or TM model can be tuned by the external electric field.
