A new chemiluminescence analytical system of xanthine oxidase-acetaldehyde-Acridinium was studied.This system is based on the quantitative oxidation of acetaldehyde by xanthine oxidase to form acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide.The hydrogen peroxide produced is then measured by a new acridinium ester [10-methyl-9-(p-formylphenyl)acridinium carboxylate fluorosulphonate]CL system.In addition
the effect of other substances on the test was investigated.The appropriate conditions for the ezymatic reaction and the chemiluminescent reaction were studied.In addition
the effect of other substances on the acetaldehyde determination was also investigated.The graph was linear over three orders of magnitude between 2.6×10
