在不同条件下合成了ZnSⅩⅣMn水溶胶
ZnSⅩⅣMn微粒的尺寸与溶液pH、S
2-
浓度等有关.pH

7时所得样品因氧化致使其颜色随pH的增加而由白色向棕色变化.Mn
2+
离子的特征发射强度亦受合成条件影响.掺杂浓度为4%时
可获得最大的发射强度.样品在酸性及碱性范围内均有最强发射峰
碱性条件下的最大发射强度约为酸性下的两倍.此外
过量的S
2-
可引起Mn
2+
发射的猝灭.
Manganese doped zinc sulfide aqueous colloids were synthesized.The size of the particles is seriously affected by the pH of the solution

etc.Suspension and its color change (from white to brown) can be observed when the pH

furthermore
the color will be deeper with the increasing of pH.The characteristic emission band of Mn
2+
can be observed and its intensity is affected by the synthesis conditions.The maximum luminescence intensity reached at

Mn
2+
/
C
Zn
2+
=0.04.The acidity of solution also has effect on the luminescence intensity
and the maximum luminescence intensity were located at pH=4.0 and pH=10.0.After aging the samples for 100 hours
the intensity of the sample prepared at pH=10.0 is twice of that of pH=4.0.Excess S
2-
will quench the emission.
