有机薄膜电致发光(OEL)自从Tang

发表了高效、高亮度双层结构器件以来

因其驱动电压低

可制成大面积的平板显示而成为当前显示器件研究的热点.

Abstract

AbstractOrganic electroluminescent(EL) device with a new trivalent terbium(Tb) complex as an emitter was fabricated

the material has high efficient photoluminescence(PL)

its molecular formulas is Tb (AcA)

Phen (AcA: acetylacetone; phen: o-phenanthroline).The cell structure was glass substrate/In-SnO (ITO)/hole transport diamine/Tb complex/AI which were fabricated by means of vacuum deposition. It exhibits bright EL with sharp emission lines of Tb

upon applying dc voltage. The brightness of the OEL cell with TI(AcA)

Phen as emitter is about 200cd/m

mush higher than that reported in Ref. 3.
