摘要

采用固相反应法合成了接Ce

、Gd

、Tb

的CaLaB

并测定了它们的光谱。在Ce

的光谱中发现文献中尚未报导的317nm激发峰和293nm发射峰。293发射属于不常见的5d能带中次最低能级向基态的跃迁

并随着Ce

离子浓度增加而变弱

当掺杂浓度大于0.1mol时

293nm发射峰消失。

Abstract

doped CaLaB

samples have been synthesized by solid state reaction method and their spectra have been measured. In the spectra of Ce

a new excitation peak at 317nm and a new emission peak at 293nm were found which had not been reported in the literature.293nm peak is due to the emission from the next lowest 5d level of Ce

to the ground state which is rather uncommon to be seen. The height of this peak lowers as the concentration of Ce

increases and it disappears when [Ce

]exceeds 0. mol.
