摘要

通过玻璃介质中的CdS

1-x

微品的Raman散射

详细观测了表面声子模。表面声子的散射强度随微晶颗粒变小而增强;其Raman频移与微晶尺寸无关。表面声子峰在反Stokes线中同样存在。实验结果与理论计算结果相符合。

Abstract

In this paper

the surface phonon modes of CdS

1-x

micro-crystals in glass medium were observed by means of Raman scattering.When a different ratio of CdS powder to CdSe powder is introduced to a milticomponent silicate glass medium through the heat treatments. The average size of the microcrystals will increase with the increase in the heat treatment time. In this note

two kinds of sample are used. One is called series A

in which

=0.95; the other is called series B

in which

=0.98.Fig. 1 is the Raman spectrum of sample A

in which there are five Raman peaks. Their position are 199
