本文报道了首次合成的稀土离子激活的BaMg

7
:Eu
3+
和BaMg
2
Si
2
O
7
:Tb
3+
光致发光材料
通过正交设计实验
确定了基质的最佳配比、烧结温度
探讨了影响材料发射强度的一些因素
测定了两种材料的发射光谱和激发光谱
对其发光性能也进行了分析和研究。
In this paper
We reported two kinds of photoluminescence materials of red phosphor BaMg
2
Si
2
O
7
:Eu
3+
and green phosphor BaMg
2
Si
2
O
7
:Tb
3+
that we synthesized for the first time. With the aid of orthogonalizing method of the experiment design
the optimum proportion of host materials and synthesis temperature are determined. The mole ratio of SiO
2
/BaCO
3
/MgO is 2.14:1:1.96 at 1230℃. The emission and excitation spectra of the two kinds of luminophors are studied.We have investigated some factors that affect emission intensity of the materials. It is found either of Pb
2+
and Ag+ have sensitive effect on Eu
3+
in BaMg
2
Si
2
O
7
:Eu
3+
. Eu
3+
emission intensity sensitized by Pb
2+
and Ag+ is increased 230% and 80% respectively. With the doping of a little V2O5 into BaMg
2
Si
2
O
7
:Eu
3+
the emission intensity ef Eu
3+
is increased 160%. In either of these two materials
the emission intensity is increased 5-15% by the charge compensation of the alkaline metal ions (Li
+
Na
+
K
+
).It is found that the brightness of BaMg
2
Si
2
O
7
:Eu
3+
is 45% that of YVO3:Eu
3+
and the brightness cf BaMg
2
Si
2
O
7
:Tb
3+
is 30% that of P
1
(Zn
2
SiO
4
:Mn
2+
).It is necessary to make a detail research on this silicate materials because of their low cost
simple technique and the good application characteristics.
