迄今为止
Ⅱ—Ⅵ族粉末发光材料还是被广泛应用
并被认为是大有前途的发光材料.特别是ZnS、CdS这类最早的材料
如现在还大量生产的被用到彩色电视中的蓝粉ZnS:Ag
还未找到其它更好的基质材料来取代它.
This review gives the progress of Ⅱ-Ⅵ compond powder luminescent materials in recent years.First of all
akaline sulfide material doped by rare earth ion are being paid renewally attention
some progress of which in catho-doluminescent
and direct current electroluminescent material are reported.Then
some efforts are made to overcome the maintenance problem in ACEL
results show that the possibility of improved AC powder devices is now very real.Finally
typical copper rich phase in EL are noticed not only in some suggestion models but also in designing experiments for examine its function.
