摘要

实验中发现

在YAG:Tb中加入痕量Ce后

可以使Tb

离子

→

F跃迁显著增强

因而

改变了发射光谱的能量分布

提高了发光亮度

改善了电流和电压特性

揭示了改进和提高商用P53磷光体发光特性的可能性。实验表明

这种增强作用是由于Ce

→Tb

离子的能量传递所致。讨论了Ce

Abstract

It was experimentally found that incorporation of Cein YAG:Tb remarkably enhances the

→

F transition intensity of Tb

ion

thus

changes relative energy distribution of emission spectrum

rises luminescence brightness

improves current and voltage characteristics

reveals a potentiality of improving the luminescence properties of commercial P53 phosphor. It has been shown that this enhancement effect can be attributed to energy transfer from Ce

to Tb

ions. The mechanisms of energy transfer above Were discussed. The transfer process was analysed.
