本文介绍了一种新合成的长余辉阴极射线磷光体--SrAl
2
O
4
:Dy
3+
.在室温下
用10kv、1μA/cm

阴极射线激发磷光体时
其发射光谱由三组分立的锐线构成
系属Dy
3+
离子4f-4f跃迁的特征发射;发光呈黄白色
发光亮度可以同商用MgF
2
Mn
2+
(P33)相比较
大约为Zn
2
SiO
4
:Mn
2+
、As(P39)亮度的60%.当阴极射线激发去除以后
磷光体的发光强度衰减到起始值的1/10的时间(通称余辉时间)长达200ms以上.发光衰减是非指数式的.阴极射线激发以后的热释发光表明:在磷光体中存在着构成慢衰减过程的深陷阱. 最后

A new synthetic cathodoluminophor with long Persistence
Dy
3+
activated SrAl
2
O
4
is presented in this Paper. The CL spectrum consists of three groups of discrete sharp lines which is characteristic of Dy
3+
ion 4f-4f transfer appearing yellow-white in color. The CL brightness is comparable to commercial MgF
2
:Mn
2+
(P33)
or about 60% that of Zn
2
SiO
4
:Mn
2+
As(P39).The SrAl
2
O
4
:Dy
3+
phosphor shows a decay time of more than 200ms to decrease to an intensity of 1/10 of its initial value after the removal of CR excitation of 10kV
1μA/cm
2
and the luminescence decay is nonexponential. Thermoluminescence of CR excitation shows the existence of deep traps which are responsible for the slow decay.Finally the model of luminescence decay in this phosphor is proposed according to experimental results.
