      摘要:KLaF4 nanocrystals (NCs) co-doped with 2%Er3+(fixed) and varied Yb3+ doping mole fractions (10%, 14%, 18%) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The samples were annealed in argon at 300℃ for 1.5 h.The crystal structure and morphology of the samples were confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. The optical properties of the samples were evaluated by diffuse reflectance spectra and up-conversion photoluminescence spectroscopy with the average fluorescent lifetimes of 2H11/2 level under laser excitation at 980 nm. The results show hexagonal KLaF4: Er3+,Yb3+ NCs are successfully obtained, which have a longitude of about 130 nm and a diameter of 28 nm for the annealed sample. The diffuse reflection spectra indicate that the absorbtion at around 973 nm is enhanced with the increase of Yb3+ mole fraction while Er3+ mole fraction is fixed. The near-infrared light at 980 nm can be up-converted to green and red light. Furthermore, both the intensities of the red and green light and the average fluorescence lifetimes for 2H11/2 level were decreased with the increase of Yb3+ ion concentration in KLaF4: Er3+, Yb3+ NCs. In addition, the effect of Yb3+ doping concertration on the intensity of up-conversion luminescence and the average fluorescence lifetimes for 2H11/2 level were briefly clarified.

      摘要:Poly(2-methoxy-5-octyloxy)1,4-phenylenevinylene(MOPPV)/single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) composites are prepared in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran(THF) solution by in-situ polymerization. The characteritics of MOPPV/SWNTs composites are investigated with infrared absorption spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy. The results confirm that SWNTs are polymerized and closely cladded to MOPPV, forming the nanowire structure. The results of the UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence spectra indicate that the absorption intensity of MOPPV/SWNTs composites is strengthened and the photoluminescence intensity firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of the contents of SWNTs, the red-shift of its absorption peak and the blue-shift of its emissive peak are observed with the increase of the contents of SWNTs. Especially, the highest photoluminescence intensity is obtained and the blue-shift of its emission peak is nearly 8 nm under 3.85% mass fraction of SWNTs. The results show that the doping of SWNTs can effectively enhance the photoluminescence intensity of MOPPV/SWNTs composites.

      摘要:Cathodoluminescence (CL) of ZnO/Zn0.85Mg0.15O asymmetric double-quantum-well structure under various excitation conditions was studied. A Monte Carlo simulation CL generation profiles was adopted. An excellent agreement between the experimental CL emissions and theoretically simulations was observed. A marked red shift of the emission peak was clearly observed under large beam current excitation, which was attributed to quantum-confined Stark effect caused by electron accumulation on the sample surface.

      摘要:The green phosphors BaAl2-xSixO4-xNx:Eu2+ were synthesized by solid state reaction under reducing atmosphere at 1 300~1400℃. The phosphors were obtained through the replacement of (AlO)+ by (SiN)+. With the introduction of N element, both the excitation and emission spectra of BaAl2O4:Eu are red-shifted. Meanwhile, BaAl2-xSixO4-xNx:Eu2+ phosphors can be excited efficiently under near-UV and blue light, and the emission is in 500~526 nm range. It is proposed to utilize BaAl2-xSixO4-xNx:Eu2+ in white LED as green phosphor.

      摘要:A novel Ca10Li(PO4)7:Dy3+ phosphor was prepared by solid state reaction method, and its luminescence properties were studied. XRD results showed that 1 050℃ was a suitable sintered temperature for preparation of Ca10Li(PO4)7:Dy3+ phosphors. The main excitation peaks were located at 349 nm (6H15/26P7/2), 363 nm (6H15/26P5/2) and 385 nm (6H15/26M21/2). The sample can be excited by UV-LED. The emission spectra composed two peaks, which were located at 481 nm (blue) and 572 nm (yellow), corresponding to the 4F9/26H15/26H13/2 typical transition of Dy3+.The influence of doped Dy3+ concentration on the luminescent intensity of Ca10Li(PO4)7:Dy3+ was investigated. The relative intensity of Ca10Li(PO4)7:Dy3+ sample reached the maximum value when Dy3+ mole fraction was 10%. The intensities increased with Ce3+ mole fraction. The relative intensity of the sample reached the maximum value when Dy3+ mole fraction was 10%, Ce3+ mole fraction was 14%. The intensity is 13.4 times higher than the original. The color of the phosphor was changed from yellow-white to blue-white.

      摘要:Uniform NaYF4:20%Yb3+,2%Er3+ nanoparticles were synthesized via solvothermal method following high temperature. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows that the samples are β-NaYF4 nanocrystals, and SEM images show that the nanoparticles have an average of 30 nm. The intensity of 520 nm emissions gradually increase with temperature rising from 13 K to 300 K, while the intensity of 545 nm emissions first increase and then decrease under 980 nm laser excitation. The reason for this phenomenon is that the electronic distribution of 2H11/2 is dependent on the temperature, while the emissions of 4S3/2 energy level is governed by a competition process between the thermal agitation and non-radiation decay.

      摘要:Ca0.8La0.2-x-yMoO4:xTb3+,yEu3+ fluorescent materials were prepared by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure and luminescence properties were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns confirm that the crystal structure of the samples matches well with the tetragonal CaMoO4. The introduction of rare earth ions La3+, Eu3+, and Tb3+ doesn't change the structure of the host lattice. Comparing with CaMoO4:Eu3+phosphors, the characteristic emission peak in 616 nm (5D07F2) of Ca0.8La0.15MoO4:0.05Eu3+ is enhanced obviously. The emission spectra of Ca0.8La0.16-yMoO4:0.04Tb3+,yEu3+(y=0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07) exhibit two emission peaks at 545 nm and 616 nm under 285 nm UV excitation, corresponding to the transition of 5D47F5 of Tb3+ and 5D07F2 of Eu3+. It is found that the emission intensity of Eu3+ increases and the emission intensity of Tb3+ decreases with the increasing of Eu3+ content, indicating that there is energy transfer of Tb3+→Eu3+. Moreover, the luminescence colors of the Ca0.8La0.16-yMoO4:0.04Tb3+, yEu3+ (y=0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07) samples can be tuned from green, green-yellow and yellow to red by simply adjusting the relative doping concentrations of the activator ion of Eu3+ under a single wavelength excitation.

      摘要:Three kinds of terbium complexes solution were prepared in anhydrous ethanol solution using triethylamine (TEL), tripropylamine (TPL) and tributylamine (TBL), respectively. By characterization of UV spectra, fluorescence spectra, absolute quantum yield and fluorescence lifetime, the three types of terbium complexes have different fluorescent properties. Under the condition of same concentration, the fluorescent intensity of the three kinds of terbium complexes increases with the carbon chain length of orgainc amine increaseing. The absolute quantum yields of Tb(aspirin)3TEL, Tb(aspirin)3TPL and Tb(aspirin)3TBL using the three types of organic bases are 11.41%, 12.85% and 18.63%, respectively. The fluorescence lifetimes in anhydrous ethanol solution are 6.316 956×10-4, 7.018 974×10-4, and 7.346 807×10-4 s, respectively. The results show that organic base involved in the molecular composition of terbium complexes.

      摘要:The energy levels of polaron in a wurtzite MgxZn1-xO/Mg0.3Zn0.7O parabolic quantum well are investigated by adopting a modified Lee-Low-Pines variational method. The ground state energy, the transition energy and the contributions of different branches of optical phonon modes to the ground state energy as functions of the well width d are given. The effects of the anisotropy of optical phonon modes(like-LO and like-TO)and the spatial dependence effective mass, dielectric constant, phonon frequency on energy levels are considered in theoretical calculation. The results indicate that the contributions of the electron-optical phonon interaction to polaron energy shift in MgxZn1-xO/Mg0.3Zn0.7O parabolic quantum well are very large, which make the energy of polaron reduce. For a narrower quantum well, the contributions of half-space optical phonon modes is large, and the contributions of the confined optical phonon modes is small, while for a wider one, the case is contrary. In the region of d, the contributions of the electron-optical phonon interaction to polaron energy shift in wurtzite MgxZn1-xO/Mg0.3Zn0.7O (about from 67 to 79 meV) are greater than that of AlxGa1-xAs/Al0.3Ga0.7N parabolic quantum well (about from 1.8 to 3.2 meV). Therefore, the electron-optical phonon interaction should be considered in studying electron state in ZnO based quantum well.

      摘要:Visible photoluminescence properties of praseodymium ions in rare-earth aluminum phosphate 5.8Li2O-3CaO-5BaO-16Al2O3-4.2La2O3-66P2O5(LCBALP) glass were investigated and the absolute fluorescence spectra were measured and calibrated in an integrating sphere. The spontaneous emission probability and the maximum stimulated emission cross-section corresponding to the 1D23H4 transition are 926.5 s-1 and 3.5×10-21 cm2, respectively. Under the blue LED excitation, the radiant flux and the luminous flux for the visible emission bands of LCBALP glass are identified to be 112.6 μW and 29.7 mlm, respectively. The total quantum yield for the visible fluorescence is determined to be 4.1%. The spectral evaluations of praseodymium ions in optical glass provide a reliable reference in developing optoelectronic devices and compact lighting sources.

    • Preparation and Optical Properties of Coumarin Fluorescent Polymer

      摘要:Employing toluene-p-sulfonic acid as the activator, 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin was synthesized by dehydration condensation reaction of resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate through the Pechmann method. Cyanuric chloride was used as the crosslinking monomer, a water-soluble fluorescent polymer was prepared through joining the 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin, ultraviolet absorber 2,4-dihydroxy-benzophenone and a certain percentage of acrylamide. The molecular structures were characterized by IR spectra and 1H NMR, and the optical properties were measured by UV spectra and fluorescence spectra. The application effect of the polymer in paper sheet was tested. The results show that the Stokes shift of polymer(3 121.2 cm-1) is less than monomer(5 221.5 cm-1), the polymer steric resistance change is smaller, and the energy loss is less. These indicate that the polymer owns a more stable structure, a better light stability, and a better effect in UV ageing resistance on paper sheet than fluorescent monomer.

      摘要:Hexagonal phase NaLuF4:Yb3+,Er3+ microcrystals were synthesized by a EDTA-assisted hydrothermal method. The effects of pH value of the reaction solutions on the phase compositions, morphologies, and luminescence properties of NaLuF4:Yb3+,Er3+ microcrystals were investigated in detail. Under 980 nm excitation, the 4G11/24I15/2, 2H9/24I15/2, 2H11/24I15/2, 4S3/24I15/2, and 4F9/24I15/2 emissions were observed. The relative intensity of 4G11/2/2H9/24I15/2 to 2H11/2/4S3/24I15/2 as well as 2H11/2/4S3/24I15/2 to 4F9/24I15/2 changed with increasing pH values. The upconversion luminescence mechanism of NaLuF4:Yb3+,Er3+ was investigated in detail.

    • Photoluminescence Properties of Ce3+/Eu2+ Co-doped Ca3Si2O4N2 Phosphors

      摘要:A novel Ce3+/Eu2+ co-activated Ca3Si2O4N2 phosphor was synthesized by traditional solid-state reaction. The phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraciton (XRD) and fluorescence spectrophotometer (PL). XRD patterns reveal that the samples maintain Ca3Si2O4N2 single phase after doping Ce3+ and K+ ions. The emission spectra under 355 nm excitation show the typical broad band of Eu2+ peaking at about 505 nm (5d-4f). The emission could be greatly enhanced through doping Ce3+ and K+ in Ca3Si2O4N2:Eu2+ phosphors. K+ ions could be used as charge compensation in Ca3Si2O4N2:Eu2+,Ce3+ phosphors. When the mole fractions of Ce3+ and K+ are 1%, the emission intensity reach the maximum, which is about 168% of that of the sample without doping Ce3+ or K+. And the critical distance is calculated to be about 2.535 nm by the spectra overlap method.

    • Preparation and Photocatalytic Properties of N-doped Nano-ZnO

      摘要:The nano-ZnO was grown by electrochemical deposition method. In order to introduce N, the NH3 plasma post treatment was used. X-ray diffraction spectroscopy analyses indicate that N doping can not disturb the structure of ZnO. No additional peaks are observed in the sample. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses also indicate that N atoms permeate into the ZnO lattice and replace the O sites without changing the wurtzite structure. N doping enhances the separation efficiency of the photogenerated electron and hole, thereby improving the catalytic efficiency of the photocatalyst.

    • The Experimental Study of Bioluminescence Stimulated by Pipe Flow

      摘要:The platform of bioluminescence stimulated by pipe flow was built, and the hydrodynamic characteristics of pipe flow and the hydrodynamic influence of stimulated bioluminescence were analyzed. Three typical dinaflagellates (Lingulodinium polyedrum, Pyrocystis lunula, Noctiluca) were chosen to research stimulated bioluminescence. The bioluminescent characteristics stimulated by pipe flow were measured by photon counter. The experiment results show that the hydrodynamic influence of stimulated bioluminescence is shear stress of flow and there is shear stress threshold to agitate organism bioluminescence. The threshold values of stimulated bioluminescence are from 0.05 to 0.29 N/m2 and different with the organisms. The relationship between the bioluminescence intensity and shear stress was obtained by analyzing the experiment data.

      摘要:A series of terbium and samarium complexes with 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (TPTZ), nitrate, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and terephthalic acid have been synthesized, respectively. Their compositions were supposed to be RE(TPTZ)(NO3)3(C2H5OH)·H2O, RE(TPTZ)2(NO3)3(C2H5OH)·H2O, RE2(TPTZ)(NO3)6(C2H5OH)·2H2O, RE(TPTZ)(C7H5O3)3(C2H5OH)·2H2O, and RE2(TPTZ)2(C8H4O4)(NO3)4(C2H5OH)·H2O (RE=Tb, Sm). The fluorescence excitation and emission spectroscopy showed that TPTZ was a kind of highly efficient sensitizer. And the ability of absorbing and transferring energy for terephthalic acid was the strongest and that of nitrate was the weakest among the three anion ligands. Moreover, the phosphorescence spectrum of p-hydroxybenzoic acid was measured and the triplet energy level was lower than the lowest excitation state energy level of Tb3+ and Sm3+. However, the acid could enhance the fluorescent emission intensities of the corresponding complexes, and the luminescent mechanism is deeply discussed.

      摘要:A rate equation model for static and dynamic behavior of InGaN/GaN light-emitting diode (LED) has been developed, and the model has been implemented on a SPICE circuit emulator. The model's parameters have been achieved by fitting simulated results with reported experimental data. The transient response of InGaN LEDs has been comparatively investigated by varying the number of quantum wells in their active region. The simulations show that the rise time of optical outpower increases with the number of wells, and the active region composed of three quantum wells is the optimized structure.

    • A Plasmonic Laser Source Based On Bragg Reflection Waveguide

      摘要:We designed a new type of plasmonic laser source based on the Bragg reflection waveguide. This laser source is simple in structure and convenient for integration. It works under room temperature electrical pumping condition and outputs plasmonic laser with more than milliwatt power, which is much larger than those demonstrated plasmonic laser sources with power of nano-watt scale. The proposed laser works at 808 nm. The tilted light beam offered by Bragg reflection waveguide directly couples into surface plasmon polaritons in our quasi-Otto configuration.

      摘要:The luminescent down-shifting characteristics of CdSe/ZnSe/ZnS core/shell/shell quantum dots (QDs) were studied by incorporating the QDs as the down-shifting luminescent material into polymethyl-methacrylate (PMMA). Firstly, the optical high-pass filter with threshold 420 nm was used to cover the solar cell, so as to make the spectral response of the cell almost zero in the waveband range of 300~420 nm. Then the luminescent down-shifting (LD) layer of QDs was prepared on the external surface of the optical filters, we found the external quantum efficiency (EQE) of solar cell improved. This indicates that LD layer can realize the down-shifting of frequency spectra at 300~420 nm, which is out of the spectral response region of the normal cell. Finally, in order to analyze the possibility of applying quantum dots to solar cells, the minimum fluorescence quantum efficiency (FQE) of the quantum dots was calculated to be 87.8% according to the measured EQE of solar cell.

      摘要:In the manufacturing processes of high-voltage LED, one of the key problems in high-voltage LED current transport is current leakage and open circuit caused by ICP etching. This paper mainly analyzes the impact of ICP etching process on high-voltage LED in different ways, such as current leakage, open circuit and other current transport problems. We mainly discuss the depth of etching, the material of mask and isolation channel preparation in the ICP etching process. Random samples are chosen to measure electrical properties and proceeding SEM micrographs. By comparing the electrical properties and SEM micrographs with different process, we can conclude that ICP process is the main reason, which brings the problem of reliability into series-high-voltage LED array. Finally, the properties of high-voltage LED have been improved by optimizing the ICP etching process and a four series high-voltage LED with excellent current transport properties is got, whose forward voltage is about 12 V at 20 mA current.

      摘要:Blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with the Al0.1Ga0.9N-AlxGa1-xN-Al0.1Ga0.9N sandwich electron blocking layers (EBLs) are investigated numerically. The simulation results show that the LEDs with the sandwich EBLs exhibit better performance, which is closely related to the depth of the inserted well (denoted as x of AlxGa1-xN). The performance differences are attributed to the different levels of the electron confinement and hole injection efficiency, which is due to the different degree of the energy band modulation and hole gathering effect in the sandwich EBLs.

      摘要:The relation between electron-phonon coupling constants with dimension and Huang-Ryes factor is easily established as we reference the electron-phonon coupling constants. Then we work out every C-C bond vibration mode of electron-phonon coupling constants of carotenoid. The UV-Vis absorption and Raman spectra of β-carotene in polar 1,2-dicholoroethane and nonpolar cyclohexane were characterized at the temperature range from 20~60℃.The results showed that the Raman scattering cross-section for C—C bond of β-carotene in polar solvent 1,2-dicholoroethane is small, Huang-Ryes factor and electron-phonon coupling constants are larger than those in nonpolar solvent. The experiment phenomena were explained by Onsager solvent effects theory, effective conjugated length and coherent weakly damped electron-lattice vibration.

      摘要:In the Tris-HCl buffer solution which pH was 7.40, the interaction of bovine serum albumin with fluprofen was investigated by classical fluorescence spectroscopy and improved fluorescence spectroscopy at 293, 303 and 310 K, the conclusions of the two methods were consistent. The results showed that fluprofen could quench the intrinsic fluorescence of bovine serum albumin, and the quenching mechanism was a static quenching process. The static electricity forces attraction played an important role on the conjugation reaction between BSA and fluprofen, the number of binding site (n) in the binary system was approximately to 1. The values of Hill's coefficients were more than 1, which indicated very weakly positive cooperativity in bovine serum albumin-fluprofen system. The binding constant (Ka) that obtained by improved fluorescence spectroscopy was much larger than the one obtained by classical fluorescence spectroscopy, which indicated that it was more accurate and reasonable when regarding the drug as the research object. At last, the scientificalness of the new method based on improved fluorescence spectroscopy was verified by ultraviolet spectroscopy.

      摘要:The physical dimension of mircostructural surface emitters is one of the key factors which determines the emission performance and system efficiency in radioisotope thermophotovoltaic (RTPV) systems. This paper preliminarily concluded the reasons for the emitters' characteristics of infrared radiation through the exploration of the effects that the width, height and walls' thickness of a single tungsten mircocavity played on the radiator's emission performance. Then the finite-different-time-domain (FDTD) method was utilized to compare the emission performance of microcavities with different sizes. It is found that the emission performance matches well in the GaSb case taking into account of the efficiency curve of GaSb which the width, height and walls' thickness of a single mircocavity are set as 0.8, 1.8, 0.1 μm, respectively.

      摘要:High-performance pentacene organic thin film transistor (OTFT) on the Poly(4-vinylphenol) (PVP) dielectric layers with different modification layers using hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) and polystyrene/chlorosilane composite has been developed. The effect of the different modification layers on the growth mode of pentacene films and the performance of the OTFT were investigated. The AFM images showed that the morphology of pentacene semiconductor films were affected by the interface modification. The pentacene grains grown on the HMDS modified PVP substrates were in the range of 400~600 nm which were larger than those grown on the polystyrene/chlorosilane and bare PVP substrates with dimension in the range of 200~400 nm and 150 nm, respectively. Large particle size can reduce charge trapping and improve the electrical performance. The field-effect mobility of the polystyrene/chlorosilane modified PVP and the HMDS modified PVP was 58 times and 82 times higher than the bare PVP layers. The flexible device with HMDS modification had a maximum field-effect mobility of up to 0.338 cm2·V-1·s-1. The transfer curve showed an on/off current ratio exceeding 104 with the off-current of about 10-9 A.

    • Solar Cells Defect Detection in Electroluminescence Images

      摘要:The defect will be introduced inevitably during the complexity manufacturing process of the solar cell. The existence of the defect significantly affects generating efficiency and service life. In this paper, the electroluminescence imaging technology is applied to highlight the defect. Aiming at the low rate of artificial detection and deficiency of objectivity, the algorithm of detecting defect which is based on statistics is proposed. In detection, the extensional Haar features are selected as the feature values of the pixel points. The improved fuzzy C-means clustering method is used to cluster the normal samples. By judging whether the testing sample is in the cluster of normal samples, the defect detection is carried out, and the location of the defect is provide at the same time. Experimental result shows that the total recognition rate of the defect in the electroluminescence image of solar cell is 96%.

      摘要:In our work, HepG2 was cultured onto biodegradable polyglycolic acid(PGA) polymer scaffolds, which was cultured in a rotating cell culture system (RCCS) to form a three-dimensional (3D) and human liver cancer cells cultured in common plate. We detected the spectra of HepG2 cells under two culture conditions and compared the spectra changes of the different cells under two culture conditions. The results show that Raman spectroscopy can differentiate among HepG2 cells under two culture conditions. 527 cm-1 and 1 357 cm-1 peaks of HepG2 cells under simulated microgravity are higher than that of HepG2 cells in common plate. 1 438 cm-1 and 1 659 cm-1 peaks of HepG2 cells under simulated microgravity are lower than that of HepG2 cells in common plate. It is known that 527 cm-1 represents Fe(Ⅱ), N—N-MeIm, 1 357 cm-1 represents Guanine, porphyrins (haemoglobin), lipids, 1 438 cm-1 represents CH2 deformation (lipids), cholesterol, and 1 659 cm-1 represents Amide I: proteins. These biomaterials which induce these peak changes are possibly related to 3D culture.
