摘要:The valence band offset ΔEv(Ev) at strained ZnS/ZnSe, ZnS/ZnSxSe1-x and ZnSe/ZnSxSe1-x (001) interfaces as a function of the alloy composition x of ZnSxSe1-x substrates are studied, usting the average bond energy theory based on LMTO ASA method. It is shown that the variation of ΔEv(x) with x is monotonous and nonlinear to some extent. The calculation results are rather good compared with the theoretical and experimental data previously reported.
摘要:In this paper, the properties of the surface magnetopolaron weakly coupled with surface optical phonons and bulk longitudinal optical phonons in polar crystals were studied. The effective Hamiltonian of surface magnetopolaron in polar crystals was derived by using the linear combination operator and perturbation method. The influence of the interaction between phonons of different wave vectors in the recoil process on the induced potential of the surface magnetopolaron was discussed.
摘要:The spectral properties of Cr3+ doped calcium aluminium germanate garnet (Ca3Al2Ge3O12) have been investigated. Dependence of the zero-phonon-line positions from Cr3+in the inequivalent crystallographic sites has been studied as a function of concentration and temperature. The crystal field intensity parameters Dq and Racah parameters were deviated by analyzing the absorption and emission spectra. The fine structure of Cr3+in Ca3Al2Ge3O12 at low temperature has been assigned as a vibronic progression in two kinds of phonon with energies ω1(A)=165~170cm-1, ω2(A)=200cm-1 and ω1(B)=130~135cm-1, ω2(B)=185~190cm-1. The luminescence decay behavior of Cr3+different transitions has been investigated upon red laser excitation and showing single exponential decay curves.

摘要:This work concentrates on the study of long persistent fluorescence materials CaxSr1-xS:Bi, Tm, Cu and CaS:Eu. CaS and SrS are well known as host materials of fluorescence materials. The mixing of CaS and SrS hosts was introduced and made as one host material by sintering. The peaks of Bi3+ ion emissions in this host material shift to longer wavelength (smaller wavenumber) because of the great dependence of Bi3+ on host materials. The other part of the work included is the study of CaS:Eu long persistence fluorescence material,in which a trap center mechanism was introduced. The results showed that the persistence time of CaS:Eu is longer than that without the trap center.

摘要:The powder of electron trapping material (ETM) with the same size was obtained by means of the technique on extracting suspended substance in different layers from the solution of alcohol. According to the major factors on ETM-based screen such as space resolution, infrared upconversion luminance, chemical stability and uniformity, a few kinds of ETM-based screens were made in different methods. The technique of micro porous filling was put forward by comparing above several kinds of screens.
摘要:In this paper, we report the preparation of copper doped zinc sulphide aqueous colloid and ZnS:Cu nanocrystals dispersed within PVA polymer film. We study the excitation and emission spectra of ZnS:Cu PVA polymer film. The measurements of time-resolved emission spectra for the luminescence of ZnS:Cu PVA film at liquid nitrogen temperature (LNT), room temperature (RT). The luminescence show remarkable spectrum shifts at liquid nitrogen temperature. The G-Cu luminescence show no spectrum shifts at room temperature. The luminescence process of ZnS:Cu nanoparticles is discussed.

摘要:Adding SP54, J-aggregates of PIC-I/azaPIC-I were formatted at room temperature. The third order nonlinearities of the aggregates at three fractions of aza PIC-I were systematically studied using Z-scan. It was observed that with shortening the chain lengths, χ(3)of the samples enhanced. The enhancing mechanism was discussed.

摘要:Coumarin 461(C461) Dye-doped and SiO2 based solid laser material with blue band was synthesized by sol-gel technique. With 308nm XeCl laser as pump source, the laser output with 465nm wavelength was obtained from the material under transverse pumping. In the case of 10mJ excitation energy, the derived blue laser energy can be up to 0.53mJ.
摘要:To campare the FJ2115 liquid scintillation counter with the luminometer in the determination of SOD activity, we detected the activity of SOD with FJ 2115 liqued scintillation counter and the luminometer respectively, using the chemica-2115 had advantage of high luminous intensity (1.55×105cpm), low background (0.95%), high sensitivity(2ng), the coefficient of variation in class was only 6.4%, the rate of recovery was 97.8%. The conclusion is that the FJ 2115 liquid scintillation counter in the assessment of SOD activtity can be replaced of the luminometer.
摘要:The study on the interaction between squarylium cyanine dye (Sq) and porphyrin has confirmed that Sq can serve as an energy acceptor to emit red light. On basis of the principle, a red organic electroluminescent device using Sq-doped 8-hydroxyquinolium aluminum (Alq) as the emission layer (EML) has been developed. Spectroscopic beha vior on the interaction of Sqs with Alq in the solid film were investigated to help understanding the luminescence mechanism. By linking the photoluminescence spectrum and electroluminescence spectrum together, a mechanism including the energy transfer process from excited Alq to Sq was suggested. Upon application of driving voltage, TPD supports injection and transportation of holes while Alq is capable of trapping electrons. The recombination of injected eletrons and holes on the emission layer (EML) creates the excited Alq molecules. The red electroluminescence on such device is ascribed to the luminescence from the singlet excited states of Sq, which are produced by energy transfer process from the excited Alq to Sq.

摘要:Based on the limite condition of both the frequency and the optical resolving power, an integrated optical circuit of the waveguid acousto-optic spectrum analyzer was designed by new accurate formula of analytic theory. The single point diamond machining and a technology for fabricating depression waveguid were used for fabricate the integrated optical circuit of waveguid acousto optic spectrum analyzer with two Φ12mm spherical-aberration-free aspherical lenses. The experiments show that optical circuit of the device has high quilty for input beam of 8mm width and that the focal point of the both aperture lenses were in the end faces of the left side and right side, respectively, the diffractive spot size in the input side is ≤4μm.
摘要:To detect information carried by the RF signals including amplitude, frequency and phade and to increase significantly the dynamic range, a bulk AO(Acousto-optics) heterodyne detection scheme has to be used. In this paper, the principle, design and realization of AO haterodyne detection receiver are reported.
摘要:In this paper, we report that the phosphor CaWO4 have been synthesized by a new technology using high power (5kW) micowave irradiate reaction system controled by computer programmes. The results of our experiments indicates that this technology has advantages such as greatly shortening reaction time, saving energy, ect. We deeply believe that this technology has a glory future and can be applied into many fields.

摘要:In this paper emitting specta of Ga1-xAlxAs material in active region is measured using eletroluminescence. The x values region is obtained from formulation. The method has accurate, quick and simple excellence. It is good measure method for middle measurement of product.
摘要:It is reported in this paper that red ZnS:Sm, Cl thin film electroluminescent devices using ceramic thick film as insulator layer (CTFEL) have been manufactured firstly. The transparent electrode is ZnO doped with Al made by sputtering and the emitting layer is ZnS:Sm, Cl which made by electric evaporation method. The electroluminescent spectrum of CTFEL device and the dependence of brightness on voltage were measured. The CTFEL device was driven under 50Hz and the maximum luminance is 18.4cd/m2.

摘要:The effects of plasma treatment on work function of ITO as well as the threshold voltage, luminance and efficiency, expecially the stability of the cell have been investiated. The plasma treatment cause the increase of the work function of ITO, resulting in decrease of threshold voltage, increase of the luminance and the efficiency and the improvement of the stability of the devices.

摘要:The electroluminescence enhancement of Eu3+ by Tb3+ in organic EL device was first reported. The fluorescent sensitization of Eu3+by Tb3+ in powder complexes was also studied in order to understand the OEL enhanced mechanism.
