摘要:An important effect of alloying conditions on the surface and interface characteristics of M-S contact system has been discussed. The interface composition changes of AuBe/p-GaP contact system was analysed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The experimental results indicated that the interface react to M-S contact taken place. It s characteristics have been explained from the point of view of metallurgy. The dependence of interface reaction on alloying temperature was discussed.

摘要:In this work, the heteroepitaxial structure GaP/Si grown by Gas Source-Molecular Beam Epitaxy (GS-MBE) has been investigated by using X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) depth profile measurements. The experimental results show that: (1) P, Ga peaks in XPS spectra within epilayer coincided with those of GaP phase. The components of P, Ga in the epilayr were distributed homogeneously correponding to GaP stoichiometry except for rich P existing in the surface, although the epitaxy proceeded in relative rich 3 environment. (2) There is the same quality of the samples GaP/Si grown by GS-MBE under the different flowing rates of rich 3, and no obviously rich P has been found at the GaP/Si interface as well, except for slightly different amount of rich P existing in the surface. (3) In the vicinity of the GaP/Si interface, the peaks Si2p of the XPS spectra moved upwards to high binding energy terminal as Ar+ etching GaP/Si until the substrates Si, but any other XPS peaks shift had not been found. The experimental binding energy of Si2p was higher than the expected p-Si substrates, approaching the binding energy of n-Si. (4) The C, O and other contamination scarcely existed in epitaxial layer and its interface within XPS detectability. All the experimental results revealed that the uncontaminated background UHV (Ultra High Va cuum), relative rich 3 growing environment, and the successful process of cleaning Si substrate etc. were suitable for growth the stoichiometric heterostructrue GaP/Si.
摘要:By high temperature solid state reaction, LiMAlF6(M=Ca,Sr) was synthesized. The luminescence properties of Ce3+, Eu3+, Tb3+ were investigated. It was found that the spectra of Ce3+, Eu3+, Tb3+ in LiCaAlF6 are similar to that in LiSrAlF6, which is due to similar surroundings of host. It was also found that there exists weak peak of Ce3+ at 330nm in LiMAlF6:Ce. This peak can be used to evaluate the quality of material.

摘要:Nanocrystal Y2O3:Eu with different concentration of Eu and grain size from 5nm to 80nm were prepared by combustion method. Their excitation spectra, emission spectra, the lifetime and integral intensity of different samples were measured and compared. It is found that as the grain size decrease, the absorption of charge transfer states is red-shifted from 239 to 250nm, the emission spectra and excitation spectra show a band-like structure with increasing strength in addition to the peaks as in bulk Y2O3:Eu material, which is not result from amorphous effect, the life time of 611nm emission decreases in the same magnitude, and the quenching concentration increases. The mechanism of these phenomenon is revealed by crude analysis.

摘要:The accelerating action and the current multiplication of SiO2 used in thin film electroluminescent device were studied theoretically using the Monte Carlo method to simulate the process of electron scattering in SiO2. The amorphous effect and the elastic scattering of disorder were considered. All the properties, such as the relation curve of the electron average energy and the electric field strength, ionization rate, current multiplication coefficient, coincided with the experimental data perfectly.

摘要:Organic dye DI was successfully doped into TEOS and KH560-KH550 matrix by sol-gel process. The analysis of pore structure, absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of DI in different gels showed that the KH560-KH550 gels based materials are much advantageous for the DI optical properties.

摘要:A novel planar microcavity consisting of green emission terbium complex organic thin film with thermal evaporated metal mirrors is successfully prepared in first. L-B film technique is employed to fabricate the emitting material layer and precisely control the cavity-length of the planar microcavity. The optical properties and cavity effects of these planar microcavities are studied by preliminary photoluminescence spectra measurements at room temperature.

摘要:The Os(Ⅱ) complex Os(CN)(pph3)(ph2-phen) exhibits strong MLCT* emission. The emission intensity of the Os(Ⅱ) complex are enhanced upon incorporation into poly(N-Vinylcarbazole)(PVCz) in contrast with pure Os(Ⅱ) complex solid state film. The large enhancement of emission and exited state lifetime were attributed to photoinduced energy transfer from PVCz to Os(Ⅱ).

摘要:The luminescent characteristics of ternery complex of Eu(Ⅲ) with thenoyltrifluoroacetone (HTTA) and acrylic acid(HAA), and its polymers with methylmethacryte(MMA) were studied. The fluorescent decay curves of 5D0 and 5D1 energy levels of Eu(Ⅲ) in these complexes were measured by Laser-induced Fluorescence method, and their fluorescence lifetime and energy transition form 5D1 to 5D0 were discussed. The UV absorption and fluorescence spectra of their solutions were measured. There are energy transition from major ligands to center ions in both low weight complexes and polymers. The luminescent properties of the low weight complex are the same as the doping polymer but not as the bonding polymer.

摘要:The absorption spectra, excitation and fluorescence spectra and lifetime of terbium cmplexes with bis(phenylsulfinyl)ethene, bis(phenylsulfinyl)propane and bis(phenylsulfinyl)butand have been determined. The influence of ligand properties, anion, lanthanide ions on the fluorescence properties has been discussed.
摘要:Tb3+-containing polymer was synthesized. The interaction between poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) and it was studied by photoluminescence (PL) spectrum. It was found that the fluorescent intensity of Tb3+ was quenched by PVK in chloroform solution, but in film it was enhanced by PVK. A probable machanism was discussed. And green emission was observed using Tb3+-containing polymer.

摘要:This paper gives a theoretical study on several multiring arene electroluminescent (EL) materials. Their geometric configuratoins have been optimized by abinitio(RHF/4-31G) and semi emipirical AM1, PM3. Conformation analysis has been carried out for compound E2. The conformation with minimum energy has been obtained, namely, two-sided benzene rings twist 41.6°±0.5° inwards and outwards respectively. For all optimal configurations, there is no imaginary frequence in vibrational anslysis. On this basis, the electronic spectra have been calculated by RHF/CIS. The relation between CIS configuration number and wave length λ of electronic spectra is also discussed. The calculation results are basically consistent with experimental values.
摘要:Full failure process of organic thin film electroluminescence devices was observed dynamically with fluomicroscope. It was found that bubbles would generated at organic layer/metal electrode and their number and sizes would gradually increase during operation, which would result in a complete failure. The bubbles contain not only H2O vapour but also many kinds of organic gases.

摘要:The organic electroluminescent(EL) devices were fabricated using a naphthalimide derivative, N-propyl-4 acetylamino-1,8-naphthalimide(PAAN), as the active layer, poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) or N,N-diphenyl-N,N-bis(3-methyl-phenyl)-(1,1-biphenyl)-4,4-diamine (TPD) as the hole transport layer, and ITO and Al as the anode and cathode, respectively. New emission peak in the EL spectra of both devices shows up due to the exciplex formation at the bilayer interface. A white electroluminescence was got using a simple double structure. The results indicated that exciplex provides an efficient approach for getting the multicolor light devices.

摘要:A single layer(LEDs)in which 5,6,11,12-tetraphenyltetracene doped 8-hydrox-yquino line is as emitter are reported.The luminescence properties of the devices with different doped ratio were observed.The results indicated that there exists high effec-tive energy transfer from Alq to Rubrene:Alq*+Rubrene→Alq+Rubrene*→hν,and EL efficency of the single layer LEDs is hig her than that of Rubrene obviously.

摘要:Multiple periodic structure consisting of organic materials have been fabricated from tris (8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3) and 2-(4-biphenylyl)-5-(4-tertbutyl-phenyl)-1,3,3-oxadiazole (PBD) by a high-vacuum multisource-type organic molecular deposition system. From small-angle X-ray diffraction patterns of Alq3/PBD multilayer structure, a periodically layered structure is confirmed through the entire stack. From photoluminescence measurements, it is found that exciton energy transfer from PBD to Alq3 layer increased with decreasing of PBD layer thickness. Blue shifting and narrowing of the emission spectrum have also been observed for the electroluminescent devices with the organic multiple perodic structure at room temperature.
摘要:In this paper,the OXA was synthesized and the photoluminescence of OXA in powder,dissolved in chloroform and doped it in polymer poly(N-Vinylcarbazole)(PVK)in different concentration was studied.The emission spectra move to long wave with dopant OXA concentration increased and the intensities decrease.

摘要:ZnSe epilayers were successfully grown on GaAs(100) substrate by photo-assisted MOCVD at 350℃. X-ray diffraction spectrum and PL showed spectra a high quality of ZnSe epilayer. Irradiation intensity affected the characteriztation of growth and luminescence.

摘要:The influence of orientational Kerr effect on photo-induced alignmetnt of liquid crystals was studied at different intensities of linearly polarized 355nm laser pulse and viscosities of the photo-prepolymer layers. The coumarin photo-prepolymer materials(LPP-2) which was used to make linear photo-polymerization(LPP) layers has large third order nonlinearity at 355nm laser pulses with 250ps(FWHM) duration. Its nonlinear refractive index was n2=-2.37×10-9esu. The major origin of its third order-nonlinearity is orientational Kerr effect. The polarized microscopic photographs of liquid crystals cells obtained at different irradiation intensities and viscosities certainly exhibit that orientational Kerr effect increases the probability of linear photo-polymerization in the linear polarized direction and improves the quality of photo-induced alignment of liquid crystals.

摘要:A Langmuir-Blodgett monolayer of sugar-linked polydiacetylene is prepared. After incubating with Escherichia coli K12, the color of the LB film is changed. The color transition from blue to purlish red is readily visible to naked eye and can be quantified by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, colorimetric response is 31%.
