摘要:A novel synthesis method of ZnS:Tb colloid was studied in alcohol system,in which that the Tb(Ⅲ) doped ZnS by a bifunctional ligand SCN-.ZnS:Tb alcohol colloid has been sysnthesized and its optical properties was studied by UV absorption spectra and photoluminescence spectra.Excited at 300 nm,four luminescence peaks can be observed,which correspond to 5D4→7FJ(J=6,5,4,3) transition of Tb3+ ions,respectively.The characteristic emission of Tb3+ ions may come from the energy transfer from ZnS host to the activator,Tb3+ ions.The energy transfer can be realized by SCN- bridge.

摘要:Manganese doped zinc sulfide aqueous colloids were synthesized.The size of the particles is seriously affected by the pH of the solution,the concentration of S2-,etc.Suspension and its color change (from white to brown) can be observed when the pH>7,furthermore,the color will be deeper with the increasing of pH.The characteristic emission band of Mn2+ can be observed and its intensity is affected by the synthesis conditions.The maximum luminescence intensity reached at CMn2+/CZn2+=0.04.The acidity of solution also has effect on the luminescence intensity,and the maximum luminescence intensity were located at pH=4.0 and pH=10.0.After aging the samples for 100 hours,the intensity of the sample prepared at pH=10.0 is twice of that of pH=4.0.Excess S2- will quench the emission.

摘要:In this paper,the effect of different mixed compound in different annealing condition on ZnSⅩⅣMn,Cu powder ACEL brightness was investigated.With method of Mn2+ diffusion at low temperature,the effection of other impurity in Mn compound was great weaken on luminescence.The luminescence brightness of the material diffusion Mn2+ at low temperature is higher than that of ZnSⅩⅣMn,Cu material preparated directly at high temperature.

摘要:Low-voltage blue emitting of ZnSⅩⅣMn,Pb phosphor were developed,its luminescence brightness is higher than ZnSⅩⅣMn and is similar to that of ZnOⅩⅣZn.When mixed with In2O3 which particle size is half of phosphor,the critical voltage will decrease from 80V to 8V.It is suitable for FED and VFD application.

摘要:The tunneling effect of electrons in SiO2 deep level provides partial electron sources which transport along SiO2 extended state of conduct band.By imitation to experimental XPS-core-level-measure technology,we calculated the band offset in SiO2/ZnS interfere using DV-X α method.Due to this band offset,electrons obtain energy of about 2.3 eV while entering ZnS layer.

摘要:We build a simple model to demonstrate that in TFEL the CdS layer is helpful to improve the number of initial electrons,so that the intensity of luminescence will be strengthened.And by using a modified methods of Monte Carlo simulation,we pointed out that in new structure TFEL devices,the SiO2 layer is a better accelerating layer than the ZnS layer.

摘要:The upconversion mechanisms of Ho3+ in LaF3 were studied upon excitation of a red dye laser.A sequential two-photon absorption via the 5I7 level was assigned upon ESA excitation.When excited into the GSA transition,however,two energy transfers involving either two Ho3+ ions excited in the 5F5 multiplet or one in 5F5 and the other in 5I6 multiplets were suggested.

摘要:Some spectroscopic properties of PbF2+GeO2+WO3ⅩⅣTmF3 glass ceramics under infrared (1.06 μm) excitation were investigated at room temperature.The upcoversion of infrared radiation into blue emission(20920 cm-1 and 22173 cm-1) from Tm3+ ion was observed.The upconversion processes involve three or four-photon absorption for these blue emission bands.In order to select the optimum concentration of TmF3 dopant for upconversion,the intensity of the blue (20920 cm-1) emission was measured as a function of the TmF3 concentration.
摘要:In this paper,the upconversion luminescence from the mirocrystal glass codoped with Er3+ and Yb3+ was studied.The sample used was treated above its transition temperature.After thermal treatment,there are microcrystallites in the glass.The experimental results showed that there is energy transfer from Er3+ to Yb3+ during phosphorescence process.The energy transfer results in the change of phosphorescent spectra for the difference of laser intensity.

摘要:The temperature dependence of upconversion luminescence from Er3+ and Pr3+ in Yb3+ codoped ZBLAN glass pumped by 960 nm laser diode was studied from room temperature to 300℃.As increasing temperature,the intensity of upconversion luminescence from Pr3+ increases to the maximum,and then decreases.Increasing temperature,the upconversion luminescence from Er3+ is decreasing.
摘要:The spectral hole burning in dilute ruby at a high magnetic field is simulated by Monte Carlo method.It is assumed that the optical dephasing is determined only by flipping of distant host lattice Al nuclear spins and frozen core Al spins surrounding the Cr3+ electronic spin,the results was good agreement with the experiment results.

摘要:In this paper,we present a model which describes the spectral redistribution process due to rotation of molecules in hole burning.Based on this model.the dependence of diffraction efficiency on exposure time under broad and narrow laser band are calculated,respectively.which are in good agreement with experimental results.

摘要:The XPS of Ce 3d electrons of CeF3 crystal was studied in comparison with that of CeO2 and Ce(CH3COO)3 powder.Results indicate that Ce ions in CeF3 crystal may be mixed-valent.Based on the results,we discuss why CeF3 crystal is high radiation damage resistant with the viewpoint of charge self-compensation.

摘要:From the results of EPR measurement,i.e.no signal in PbWO4 crystals doped with Lathanum (La:PWO),a conclusion that no EPR center exists in La:PWO crystals was made.The role of La doping was thought as to increase the concentration of Pb2+ vacancy (VPb)" that could improve the optical transmittance of the crystals.And the degradation of luminescent intensities with increasing La concentration may be due to the nonradiative energy transfer of La3+ ions at Pb2+ sites and Pb2+ vacancy.
摘要:The pyrex glasses with ZnSⅩⅣMn2+ nanocrystals were prepared by melt method.It was found that there are two configurations of Mn2+ in the samples,or(Mn2+)substitution and (Mn2+)interstitial configurations,by measuring excitation and emission spectra of samples.The diameters of nanocrystals were calculated using the effective mass model.It was suggested that there are the carrier confinements in some samples,or R<RB.

摘要:On the paper,the preparation and UV absorption,photoluminescent excitation,photoluminescent emission of Tb,Eu,Tm,Gd,Y,Ga and Mn-doped nanocrystals of ZnS within poly (ethylene oxide) matrix ware reviewed.The ZnS particles are estimated to be 3.0~3.5 nm.

摘要:In this paper,the properties of electroluminescence (EL) and photoluminescence (PL) of poly(9-butylfluorene) (PBF) were studied.It was found that PBF has the characteristics of fluorescent quenching by concentration,and easily to form aggregators in chloroform solution with high concentration,which yields yellow colors in EL and PL.By blend of PBF with polymer PVK at the ratio of 1ⅩⅣ38,the blue emission at the wavelength of 450 nm can be obtained rising from the PBF single chains.
摘要:The corona-poling process and the properties of second order nonlinear decay of DANS polymer film waveguides were studied.The corona poled DANS (4-dimethylamino-4'nitro-stlibene) side-chain polymer film waveguide having a long poling life had been fabricated by using the corona poling parameters in this paper,which laid a foundation for further study of its nonlinear optical properties.

摘要:The polymer poly-p-phenylene-Vinelene (PPV) was prepared and constructed into a single layer thin film electroluminescence(TFEL) devices.A new phenomenon:electroluminescence in reverse bias of the single layer TFEL devices using PPV as emission material was observed.The emission spectra in different reverse bias were recorded.The luminance and current density in reverse bias were measured.The mechanism of electroluminescence in reverse bias was disscused.

摘要:In this paper,we fabricated a series of double layer OTFEL devices made from PPV and Alq3,compared and analysed the different luminescent properties caused by the different thickness of PPV and Alq3.We also measured and analysed the influence of temperature,air pressure,voltage and preservation time on the devices' life time.

摘要:The compound of N-methyl-4-acetylamino-1,8-naphthalimide (MAAN) was synthesized.In the structure of Al/MAAN/PVK/ITO,where MAAN is the emitting layer,PVK is the hole transport layer,the diode showed yellow green emission,of which luminance was reached to 150 cd/m2 at the voltage of 27.5 V.

摘要:By using ZnO as electron transport layer and PPV as hole transport and emission layer,we have constructed organic/inorganic electroluminescent device.The spectrum of ITO/PPV/ZnO/Al is similar to that of ITO/PPV/Al device,but the threshold voltage is only 4V,it is lower than that of single layer.The brightness is about 6 times higher than that of single layer device.The current density-voltage characteristic can be described by SCLC model.

摘要:The n=1 heavy hole exciton and donor-acceptor (D-A) pair photoluminescences are observed in Zn0.85Cd0.15Se-ZnSe strained layer superlattice (SLS) grown by atmospheric pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition (AP-MOCVD).The peak positions of exciton and D-A pair luminescences all successively produce a blue and red shifts with increasing forward bias voltage.It is caused by the Quantum Confined Stark Effect (QCSE) owing to the competition between the built-in field originated from the Schottky barrier and the external field achieved by applied a forward bias voltage.
摘要:Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy (DLTS) technique has been used for measurement of the samples containing InAs/GaAs self-assembled Quantum Dots (QDs).The thermal activated energies of carrier emissions have been determined for the relevant levels.It has been found that Multi-Phonon Emission (MPE) is accompanied with the electron capture process of the QD level,there exists broadenning in the QD levels,and there is metastable growth configuration under some special conditions.The results show that DLTS has its peculiar functions in the study of QD systems.

摘要:InGaAs/InGaAsP micro-ring lasers with diameter in the range 3 μm to 20 μm were achieved using nanofabrication techniques.The ring widthes are from 0.4 μm to 3 μm,and the ring thickness is 190 nm.The lasing peak wavelength were measured at 1403 nm.
