摘要:The excitation and fluorescence spectra from the solution of the pure C60 and the mixture of C60/C70 in the toluene and 1-methylnaphthalene have been measured.The fluorescence peaks at 720nm in toluene and at 700nm in 1-methylnaphthalene were observed, which originate from C60 molecules.

摘要:By measuring excitation spectra of 4f5d bands and fluorescent decays of 5D2,5D1,5D0→7F0 transition on temperature in SryBa1-yFCl0.5Br0.5:Sm2+,we mainly studied the dependence of the energy position of 4f5d bands 5D2,5D1,5D0 energy level and transition probability from 5D2, 5D1, 5D0 to 7F0 on composition(y).We draw conclusions as below:In SryBa1-yFCl0.5Br0.5:Sm2+,with increase of the composition(y), 4f5d bands are nearer to 5DJ energy level.It makes electron transition probability from 5DJ to 7F0 increase.By this way,the hole-burning efficiency of Sm2+ can be enhanced.

摘要:Spectral holes were burnt in the organic donor-acceptor electron transfer system with mixed electron donors.The hole width and quantum yields of hole formation were studied.The results indicated that two kinds of donor molecules can be mixed as one to perform photochemical hole burning.The enlarged inhomogeneous line width is advantageous to the high density optical storage.

摘要:The Raman spectra of porous silicon films have been measured,The red shift and asymmetric broadening of the Raman signal have been described in terms of a model of phonon confinement. The results suggest that the change of Raman spectra peaks not only depends on phonon confinement and strain effects, but more depends on the dispersion relation of porous silicon as well. Using different dispersion relations,a series simulations have been made and it is found that the dispersion relation has obvious influence on Raman spectra simulations.

摘要:The fluorescence properties of RE. L1. L2(RE=Tb(Ⅲ),Gd(Ⅲ), L1=3-methylindole-1-acetoacetyl,L2=TPPO, Phen,Dipy)complex system were characterized by fluorescence spectra,phosphorescence spectra, phosphorescence lifetime,temperature-dependent fluorescence spectra.The main factor that affects the fluorescence of the complex system was analysed.The energy transfer between the triplet of L1 and L2 as well as the luminescence mechanism of the complex system was discussed.
摘要:Accoding to the calculation of hot electron impact cross section by Shen,the blue emission could be get if the hot electron have enough energy.In order to get hot electrons of relative high energy, first we choice SiO2/Ta2O5 and SiO2/Y2O3 complex layers as preheat layer to substitute for SiO and to prepare the devices whose preheating layers were SiO2/Ta2O5,SiO2/Y2O3and SiO for samples A,B,C respectively.The electroluminescence intensity and transferred current were mesaured by using HITACH 4010 model flurescence spectrophotometer and Chen and Krupta circuit respectively.The maxmum emission intensity of C is larger one order than that of B and two order than that of A.In the mean time,the ratio among the transferred current of A and that of B and that of C is 3.9:1.8:1.0 Accoding to the following luminescence equation and experiment date,we got tile maxmum hot electron energy ill A.B,C is 0.4,0.5 and 1.5eV respectively.Then we choice ZnS and SiO2 as accerating layer,prepared the device 2603 and 2502 respectively. The derivation electronluminscence intensity and transferred charge excited by different polaration voltage have been measured, The ratio between the electroluminescent intensity caused by electron accerated by SiO2 and that by ZnS is 20.0:1.0.In the mean time,the transferred charge from ZnS side is larger than that from SiO2.Accoding to the luminescent intensity, we got the following result: the ZnS layer is prefer to provide more but low energy electrons,and SiO2 is prefer to provide smaller quantity but high energy hot electron.Till now, it is obviously that the SiO and SiO2 are accepterable preheating and accerating layer respectively in new designed devices.
摘要:Resonant Raman scattering from Zn0.76Cd0.24Se/ZnSe MQWs is presented under excitation of vaious lines of Ar+ laser. Very strong 2LO-phonon Raman scattering has been observed with Zn0.76Cd0.24Se well layers. It is ascribed to the strong outgoing resonant enhancement. For the first time, ZnSeWe-like LO phonon confined in ZnSe barrier layers and Zn0.76Cd0.24Se-like LO phonon confined in well layers are observed under the excitation of 457.9nm line at room temperature and 77K, respectively. The origins of this two kinds of LO phonon are discussed.

摘要:Properties of the four-level avalanche upconversion system are carefully investigated using a rate equation analysis of the equilibritlm state.It is clarified that avalanche upconversion would open only when pumping laser strength and cross-relexation are bigger than a threshold level.The population variations of every energy level upon the cross-relexation and transition rates are given in this paper.

摘要:Ce3+,Gd3+,Tb3+ doped CaLaB7O13 samples have been synthesized by solid state reaction method and their spectra have been measured. In the spectra of Ce3+ a new excitation peak at 317nm and a new emission peak at 293nm were found which had not been reported in the literature.293nm peak is due to the emission from the next lowest 5d level of Ce3+to the ground state which is rather uncommon to be seen. The height of this peak lowers as the concentration of Ce3+ increases and it disappears when [Ce3+]exceeds 0. mol.

摘要:Powder sample was dissolved in benzene to obtain a transparent solution with concentration of 4.30×10-3M.The solution was filled into a hollow quartz fiber and the Raman spectra of the powder were measured with the method of optical fiber. This method will be useful in the study of the molecule structure and the trace analyses.

摘要:Electrical properties of ZnSe:Al have been measured by the method of Van de Pauw from 77K to 300K. Defects in ZnSe:Al have been discussed and compensatingratio has been calculated.Optical phonon seatting to carrier becomes week and ionized impurity seatting becomes strong with the increase of doping temperature.Hall parameters, carrier concentration and Al ionized energy in ZnSe:Al were also calculated in this paper.

摘要:In this paper,the wave functions of atomic scattering instead of structure factor of the superlattice have been calculated according to the improved kinematical theory of X-ray diffraction.The peaks shape and pendellosung fringes of the superlattice are explained using computer simulation. Structure parameters of superlattice are also obtained succesfully.
摘要:For the nonlinear optical waveguides with nonlinear dielectric top layerx and parabolic index guided layer,the nonlinear wave equations have been solved exactly.The guided wave mode equations and the mode field expressions,in terms of paraboliccylindrical and psi function,have been derived.

摘要:The complex, Eu2(DBM)64,4'-BIPY,is synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis,IR spectra and Raman spectra.High-resolved laser-excited excitation and luminescence spectra under 77K show that there are two Eu(Ⅲ) sites in the complex,and the energy difference between 5D0 levels of two Eu (Ⅲ) sites is 15cm-1. Neither one of the two kinds of Eu(Ⅲ)ions is in symmetric center.The components of 5D0→7DF0.1.2transitions indicate the local symmetries of both Eu(Ⅲ) sites are C1or C2 or C3.Luminescent lifetimes of the two kinds of Eu(Ⅲ)ions are 0.37ms and 0.32ms respectively.
摘要:By means of chemiluminescence analysis,the effects of birch sap bud its complex prescription on scavenging oxygen free radicals were investigated The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in animal blood and brain tissue,MAD(Malonaldehyde)content, immue function of PMN (Polymophonuciearleukocytes),spontaneous luminescence of brain tissue, glutalthione peroxidase (GSH-PX)activity and hemoglobin(Hb)content in blood plasma were determined by hydroxylaminence method,thiobaribituric acid,cell chemiluminescence method,chemiluminescence,direct method and radioimmunoassay respectivily.The results showed that birch sap and its complex prescription had scavenging effects on O2-, OH-, H2O2 in vito.Using brain ischemia and reperfusion model, it is found that birch sap and its complex prescription could increase the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in blood and brain tissue;increase immunological competence of PMN cell;decrease content of LPO, TXB2 and Hb in blood and brain tissue.It was the first time that the antioxydation of birch sap and its complex prescription was found.

摘要:The discrete bands in the excitation spectra and the effects of surfactant on luminescence intensity in Mn2+ doped ZnS nanocrystals have been investigated. The mechanism of the enhancement of Mn2+ luminescence and origin of the discrete bands were discussed.

摘要:AbstractOrganic electroluminescent(EL) device with a new trivalent terbium(Tb) complex as an emitter was fabricated, the material has high efficient photoluminescence(PL), its molecular formulas is Tb (AcA)3 Phen (AcA: acetylacetone; phen: o-phenanthroline).The cell structure was glass substrate/In-SnO (ITO)/hole transport diamine/Tb complex/AI which were fabricated by means of vacuum deposition. It exhibits bright EL with sharp emission lines of Tb3+upon applying dc voltage. The brightness of the OEL cell with TI(AcA)3 Phen as emitter is about 200cd/m2 mush higher than that reported in Ref. 3.
摘要:A polymer diode,using PVCz doped with perylene and TPA as a hole transporting layer,Alq3 as an electron transporting layer and Mg-Ag metel as a back electrode,reachs brightness as high as 10008cd/m2 and quantum efficiency 0.58%,which are much higher than the device with Al electrode as the back electrode.In order to analyse the difference of the two kind of devices, the work function of electrodes and the HOMO levels of PVCz and Alq3 have been measured, from which and our previously reported data about their optical absorption the energy band diagram of the divece was constructed.Accorthing to this diagram the charactrictics of the devices have been explained.
