    • THE FAST PROCESS OF BRIGHTNESS WAVE FORM IN TFEL

      摘要:The rise and fall process of brightness wave form in TFEL was studied.Besides the direct impact excitation,we found another very fast rise at leading edge of wave form for those highest energy level of the luminouscenter.Through the analysis of ZnS:Er3+,Tm3+,Ce3++Nd3+,we think that this fast process is resulted from the recombination of electrons from the conduct band to the ionozed luminous center.

    • THE STUDY OF SPECTRAL HOLE DEPTH UNDER DIFFERENT GATING LIGHT

      摘要:Theoretical work on the relationship between the hole depth and different gating light schemes in photon gated spectral hole burning under the weak field limit was reported.It is possible to burn a hole with pulsed laser and then to gate it with continuous light for shortening the burning time of a hole.Using experimental results conducted on the sample BaFCl0.5Br0.5:Sm2+(2%),we also analyse the hole depth after one pulse.

      摘要:In this paper,the authors report the temperature dependence of homogeneous line width in photon-gated spectral hole burning materials:metal-tetrabenzoporphyrin derivatives/p-hyfroxybenzaldhyde/PMMA or CA,at a temperature range,from 30K to 70K.The hole was burned by a burning light(632.8nm)and a gating light(532nm)with low power.According to relation between hole width(Γhole)and homogenous;omewodtj(Γhorn),Γhole=Γhorn,we obtained a law that increase of homogeneous line width is linear with temperature to the power of 1.29.

      摘要:The excitonic optical bistability with picosecond switching time in ZnSe-ZnTe/GaAs multiple quantum wells(MQWs)has been studied on reflection at room.temperature for the first time.The experimental results indicate that the switching threshold from high to low states and the contrast ratio for the optical bistability are about 1.1MW/cm2 and 6:1,respectively.the major nonlinear mechanism for the optical bistability is due to the change of refractive index caused by the excitonic saturating absorption.

    • STUDYING OF X-RAY STORAGE PROCESS IN BaFCl:Eu2+

      摘要:The samples of BaF2-xClx and BaFCl:Eu2+ are prepared.It is proved that F centers and Vk(Cl2-)centers exist in the X-irradiated BaF2-xClx by the technique of electron spin resonance.The valent state of Eu2+ in BaFCl:Eu2+ does not change under Xirradiation and unirradiation.From above,the process of X-ray storage is advanced,after X-ray irradiate the sample of BaFCl:Eu2+,free electrons and holes are formed in it.The electrons are trapped in two chlorine ions to form Vk(Cl2-)centers.The VK(Cl2-)centers migrate nearby Eu2+,and finally become the stable Vk(Cl2-)centers.

    • THE SATURATION EFFECT ON SIGNAL INTENSITY OF DEGENERATE FOUR-WAVE MIXING

      摘要:With the optical Bloch equation and the density-matrix equations,the saturation effect of signal intensity has been studied for resonance degenerate four-wave mixing(DFWM)of two level system,and the signal intensity saturation behavior is obtained as a function of pump field intensity.The value of.the saturation pump intensity is determined by longitudinal relaxation time T1 and transverse relaxation time T2.The theoretical result coincides with experimental result.

      摘要:Electrochemical etching method was employed to fabricate porous silicon(PS)film.Experiment results showed that PS film had multilayer structures.Surface layer was nanostructure,other layers were μm-structure layers.Study of physical and chemical structure of PS film showed that PS was composed of nanosilicon and μm-silicon wires surrounded by Si.O.H.F compounds.PS luminescence comes from surface nanostructure layer.No light emitted from μm-structure layers.We proved from experiment that PS luminescence was relevant to quantum size effect.

    • ENERGY TRANSFER IN THE SEMIMAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTERS Zn1-xMnxS

      摘要:As an important material of optoelectronic devices,many questions about the luminescence of Zn1-xMnxS had been researched clearly.The origin of additional emission bands,however,which appears in Zn1-xMnxS only at higher amount of Mn(x≥0.01)are not yet fully explained.To counter this question,the emission spectra and decay curve of Zn1-xMnxS at different concentrations of Mn(0.001<x<0.5)were measured and analyzed by the model of Yokota and Tanimoto.While fitting the decay curve of 4T1 we notice that the decay must be considered as sum of two different kinds of relaxation process:The 4T1(G)decay of Mn2+ ions determines the tail of the decay curve as these states have a rather long lifetime.The 4T1(G)decay of Mn2+ tupels(i.e.pairs of Mn2+ions)is much faster than that of single Mn2+ state.We have analyzed deeply the emission spectra and its decay curve of Zn1-xMnxS at x=0.062,T=80K,got two lifetimes:τ1=70μs,τ2=≥1000μs.The results indicate that there are two kinds of relaxation process at high concentration of Mn,one is faster,another is slower.According to the experiment result of Goede et al.we may conclude the slower precess comes from isolated Mn2+ ions,then we may deduce there are the pairs of Mn2+-Mn2+ in Zn1-xMnxS at higher concentration of Mn and they cause the IR emission and in this system.

      摘要:Up to now,no agreement on the assignments of the five absorption peaks of ZnS:Mn2+ has been achieved.Crystal field theory and pressure-induced shift theory were used to calculate and explain the normal pressure optical spectrum and pressure-induced shifts of ZnS:Mn2+.The results agree well with experimental measurements.Moreover,in this paper,we have determined the assignments of the forth and the fifth peaks,which have not been solved for several decades.Calculations and analysis show that the general crystal field theory can not explain the normal pressure experimential data of the third and the forth peaks.Adopting the view of Parrot et al.about covalency effect,a satisfied calculation result and explaination are presented.

    • THE STUDY ON LONG PERSISTENCE OF SrAl2O4:Eu2+

      摘要:uminescence and long persistence property of SrAl2O4:Eu2+ are investigated in the paper.It is analyzed by emission spectra that the Eu2+ luminescence in the above phosphor is caused by 5d-4f transition.Its luminescence decay follows I=ct-n,which consists of the initial fast process and the later extremely slow process after 5 minutes.The thermoluminescent spectra of this phosphor consist two peaks.The temperatures of peak value are 117℃ and 155℃ respectively,this means the electron traps of phosphors are very deep,which can cause the extremely long persistence of SrAl2O4:Eu2+.

    • LUMINESCENCE AND ENERGY TRANSMISSION OF Tb3+,3+ ACTIVATED LaBO3

      摘要:This paper studied the luminescence and energy transmission of Tb3+ or Dy3+ singleactivated and Tb3++Dy3+ co-activated LaBO3 under UV excitation.The results show that the emission intensity of Tb3+ in Dy3++Tb3+ co-activated LaBO3 is larger than that in Tb3+ single-activated LaBO3.It proves that Dy3+ sensitizes Tb3+.The mechanism of Dy3+→Tb3+ energy transmission is the resonance transmission of poly-pole interaction.

      摘要:A new MIM structure(Al-Al2O3-Dy-An)of light emission tunnel junction on a glass slide which contains the rare earth element Dy was prepared.The emission spectra,current-voltage curves and ingredient analysis of MIM tunnel junctions were obtained,Results of experiments show that the relative intensity of light emitting tunnel junction Al-Al2O3-Dy-Au is obviously larger than that of Al-Al2O3-Au.The role of rare earth element Dy in the light emission from Metal-Insulator-Metal tunnel junction was discussed.

      摘要:sing the "free surface concentration" and "constant surface concentration" models,growing processes of the LPE technique are described under bounded solution conditions and the parameters for very thin film growing are obtained.GalnAsP/InP supper lattice structures have been developed using these parameters.5um(Ga0.40In0.60As0.89P0.11)/10nm(InP)3 wells structure is accomplished reproducibly under the condition of l(the solution depth)=200μm~500μm,tg=0.2s and Tg=570℃.It has been proved that accurate LPE system is capable of growing MQW structure under suitable conditions.

      摘要:The energy trasfer process of I3MK-RE(Ⅲ)(I3MK=1-acetoacetyl-3-methylindole)complex system in alcohol solution at 77K was analysed with the static properties such as fluorescence and phosphorescence spectra.The rate constant and the efficiency of main energy trasfer process were calculated from fluorescence lifetime,phosphorescence lifetime,quantum yield and time-resolved spectra of I3MK and I3MK-Tb(Ⅲ)stsyem.Accordingly,the dynamics of the energy-transfer process in this system was analysed.A modification of the perrin formula was proposed and the mechanism of the energy transfer of the complex system was disscussed.

      摘要:In order to developing sensitive and precise testoterone chemiluminescence immunoassdy,optimal paremeters of measuring acridinium ester and antibody titer must be selected.In this study,we find that time paremeter for luminescence analysis testosterone-3-carboxymethyloxime-4-(To-mehty)-acridinium-9-carboxylate(To-3AEPMAC)is very important in the low concentration.During the measurement,there is a peak of solvent in 0.00~0.21s,peak of To-3-AEPMAC in 0.43~2.22s.The luminescence reaction can be completed in 0.32~3.91s.But it is not very correction because the more To-3-AEPMAC is,the longer luminescence peak time is.These results are decided by the reaction mixing condition and reactive dynamics.The solvent peak occupies 4.10±2.21%(x±s)in all luminescence.The same result is obtained with measuing the reaction rate.It is best to choose 0.30 s delay time and 10 s integrated time for analysis the chemiluminescence characteristic.This measuring manner riot only refused the luminescence disturbance of solvent,but also obtained all signal of To-3-AEPMAC.Then it is bad to analysis the hight peak of luminescence because of varying time in peak appearing.Optimal antibody titer is measured with three methods,there are:maximum value of antibody diluted curve,maximum verying reaction and minimum reaction standard error.The first and second methods are respected for sensition,the later method is respected for precision of standard curve.The optimal antibody titer of testosterone chemiluminescence immunoassay is 1:18000.
