摘要:An alterative exciton model has been firstly described,where three identical β chromophores at inner of the allophycocyanin(αβ)3 disk with C3-symmetry and brought close togather and coupled by strong exciton mechanism.Meanwhile,accurate absorption and circular dichroism(CD)spectra of allophycocyanin(αβ)3、(αβ),as well as a andβ subunits are obtained,and analyzed by deconvolution methods.The deconvolutionresults of these observed spectra togather with ths theoretical analysis of the exciton model have taken an estimate of the relative chromophore orientations of the transition dipole moments.The exciton splitting energy and the distance of adjacent βchromophores in allophycocyanin(αβ)3 have also been deduced in this paper.
摘要:According to Judd-Ofelt principle and ligand field theory,the allowing number ofelectric and magnetic dipole transition from the lowest excited state to the ground states(5D4-7Fj)for for f8 electron configuration in 32 point group are calculated and listed by usinggroup theory.Investigation of the high-resolution-emission spectra of the single crystal TbBenH4·H2O at 10K shows that the coordination symmetry of Tb3+ in this complex isvery low.This result is consistent with the X-ray structure analysis.This set of calculated data would be available in studying the coordination symmetry of Tb3+ by determidetermination of fluorescence spectra.

摘要:This paper reports the deep-blue and ultraviolet upconversion luminescence of Tm0.1La0.9P5O14 glass induced by red pulsed DCM dye laser and gives some simple analysis about its upconversion mechanism.
摘要:We made a new type of high bias maetal-insulator-metal light-emitting junctions(Al-Al2O3-MgF2-An(Cu)],which emit visible optical radiation when biased at voltages in the range 6-11V.The highest applied bias that the light-emitting devices can stand,and the output of per unit area and the corresponding power conversion efficiency werehigher than before metal-oxide-metal type light-emitting tunnel junctions.For the first time,the present paper report and argue this optical radiation excisted by the Schottky hot electrons and its physical picture:the hot electrons in the negative electrode areforced to positive electrode by the exerted electrical field through Schottky effect and then excite at An(Cu)-vacuum interface surface plasmon-polarition(SPP),which are in turn coupled to external radiation through surface roughness.This picture is supported by measurement of current-voltage(I-V)and current-temperature(I-T)characteristics of the light-emitting devices,and by the observed light emission spectra from the lightemitting devices.

摘要:In this paper the photo-,photostimulated-and thermo-luminescences of BaFClxBr1-x:Sm are reported.The effect of host composition on the luminescence properties and the relative luminescence effect of Sm2+,Sm3+ are investigated.It is found that the recombination luminescence effect of Sm2+ is much higher than that of Sm3+.This phenomena is explained from the recombination processes and possible routes.
摘要:In this paper,the properties of the surface polaron,which is a weak bulk couplingbut a strong surface coupling between the electron and phonon for semi-infinite crystalare sttldied.An effective Hamiltonian of a slow moving surface polaron is derived byusing improved liner combination operator and perturbation method.In the recoil proprocess of an electron,the electron will emit or absorb phonons.Considering the interaction of phonons with different wave vector,the influence of this interaction on the effective Hamiltonian,the induced potential,and the effective mass of surface polaron arediscussed.As an example,the numerical calculation for AgBr crystal has been carried.The results show that the influence of the interaction between phonons of different wavevector in the recoil process on the effective mass and induced potential will be increasedwith increasing coupling constant α1,and the influence on the effective mass will be decreased more with increasing coordinate z,and influence on the induced potential will beincreased more with increasing z.
摘要:An investigation of the transient recombination decay in glowdischargingly deposited hydrogenated amorphous carbon is presented,the dependences on substrat temperature,emission energy and excitation energy have been investigated.Our measurements demonstrate that the recombination of a-C:H film conforms to the localized exciton recombination model.Due to the change of hydrogen content in the sample,the changes of defect density and degree of disorder effect the exciton recombination properties.

摘要:At room temperature a large shift of the transmitted spectrum to higher energies is observed in ZnSe/ZnS planar waveguide with increasing incident light intensity.This blue shift results in all-optical modulation owing to the band-filling effect and electrooptic modulation owing to applied electric field in ZnSe/ZnS planar waveguide.
摘要:Quaternary InAsPSb epitaxial layers have been directly grown on InAs substrate using liquid phase epitaxy(LPE)techniques.Some properties of InAsPSb/InAs were investigated.I-V characterstics of P-N junction consist of P-InAsPSb and N-InAs substrate were given at 300K and 77K.The epitaxial layers were lattice mismatch to InAs about 1.6×10-3.The diodes were driven by current pulsesob of 10μs duration and 500Hz-5kHz pulses/s repetition.The laser emission with wavelength 3.09μm was observed from single heterojunction made of P-InAs0.82P0.12Sb0.06 and N-InAs substrate at 12K.

摘要:Abstract Erbium impurities in silicon have the important technological property of exhibiting sharp luminescence at 1.54μm which can be excited either optically or electrically.Erbium-doped silicon is very attractive for obtaining light-emitting devices in silica-based optical fibre communication systems.In this paper results of erbium-implanted silicon were presented.Er+ions were implanted into n-type silicon single crystal at room temperature.The range of ion doses investigated in this work varied from 1×1012 to 1×1015cm-2.After ion implantation,all of the samples were thermally annealed for 10min at temperature of 700℃~1100℃ with a dry nitrogen atmosphere.In order to test the optical properties of the erbium-implanted silicon samples,the low-temperature(77K)photoluminescence spectra were measured.The samples were excited by the 632,8nm line of He-Ne laser.The luminescent signal was detected by a liquid-nitrogen-cooled germanium detector through MДP-2 type monochromator.

摘要:The Langmuir-Blodgett film of fatty-acid is getten on the glass substrate.The Langmuir-Blodgett film is used as the orientation layer of 4-Pentyl-4'-Cyanodiphenyl(SCB)liquid crystal.The SCB liquid crystal is coated on the orientation layer under the condition of the rotation.The molecular hyperpolarizability(β)of 5CB liquid crystal is gotten with SHG method,β value of the measurement is in accordance with the document.

摘要:The photostimulable luminescence(PSL)of BaFCl:Eu2+ under UV-irradiation has been reported.Through changing the stimulable mode and scan direction of the stimulable light,we got the measurement method of the density ratios and photostimulable cross section ratios of the two kinds of F color centers during the PSL of BaFCl:Eu2+ phosphors.
摘要:In this paper,the capabilities of CHM,SL and SLIV to inhibit lipid peroxidation(LPO)in vitro and in vivo have been studied.In vitro,the concentration-dependent decreases of ultraweak chemiluninescence were observed when CHM,SL and SLIV were added to both Fe2+-lindenic Acid-BAS and Fe2+-Brain Homogenate system respectively.In vivo,CHM may contribute to the reinforcement and recovery of antiperoxidation abilities of γ-ray-treated mice by increasing the activity of SeGSH-Px.SL and SLIV can protect ischemic-reperfused Mongolian Gerbil against LPO injuries by enhancing the value of SeGSH-Px/MDA.CHM,SL and SLIV also can protect brain tissue against LPO in vivo,shown as lower level of brain homogenate natural or induced chemiluminescence.
摘要:Fluorescent properties were investigated by mixing the four chelants with Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions in aqueous solution respectively.The fluorescent intensity varies with chelants,pH value and concentration of chelantes.The chelants can enhance Tb3+ ion luminescence in aqueous solution,especially DTPA-pAS and EDTA-pAS.The sequence is EDTA-pAS>DTPA-pAS>DTPA-pAB>EDTA-pAB.But the chelants can not enhance Eu3+ ion luminescence in aqueous solution.As pH value located in the rang 6.0~12.0,the fluorescent intensity shows only small fluctuation.The fluorescence of Tb3+ ion can be detected even at the concentration of 1.0×10-7 mol/L.

摘要:AbstractIn this letter,C60 microcrystal in quantum size has been synthesized in spatial restricted porous silicon.A heterogeneous blueshift of photoluminescence of C60 molecules embedded in porous silicon has been found from 13650cm-1 to 15840cm-1 relative to that of intrinsic C60 molecules,which may be due to the quantum size effect of C60 molecules,and the heterogeneous blueshift may originate from the dispersion of the porosity in porous silicon.
摘要:Blue emitting electroluminescent diode using polyvenylcarbazole(PVCz)as a hole transporting layer and BBOT as an electron transporting layer has been constructed.A luminance of as high as 680cd/m2 with quantum efficiency more than 0.15% has been obtained.In order improve the crystalization of the BBOT a novel structure has been used.Instead of the pure BBOT of former diode,in the improved diode(type Ⅱ)BBOT and PVCz were co-evaporated with gradual increase of BBOT concentration on the PVCz layer.The brightness could reach 1700cd/m2,but no increase of efficeincy has been observed.A graded junction is supposed to be formed which increases the injected current and the light intensity.
