摘要:The diffusive reflection spectra, the excitation and emission spectra of Cd3Al2Ge3O12host (abbr.:CAGG)and Cd3Al2Ge3O12:Mn2+ (abbr.:CAGG:Mn2+ )garnet phosphors at RT have been systematically investigated. The diffusive reflection spectrum (Fig.1) of the CAGG:Mn2+ shows a strong absorption band at about 250urn which coincides with that of the CAGG host and three weak absorption bands at 360urn, 397urn and 414um from 4T2, 4A1 and 4E levels of Mn2+, respectively. As shown in Fig. 2 the excitation spectrum of Cd3Al2Ge3O12:Mn2+ is the same as that of the CAGG host.CAGG host Under excitation of 254um at RT shows a blue emission band extending from 350um to 560nm with a peak at about 450um. Photoluminescence spectrum ofCd3Al2Ge3O12:Mn2+ garnet consists of two emission bands (to see Fig. 3). The emission band in blue region is from CAGG host and the strong emission band in yellow region is from Mn2+ emission, whose peak is at 570nm resulting from transition of 4T1 (G) to 5A1 level of the Mn2+ ion. With increasing the concentration of the Mn2+ ion, the emission intensity in the blue region from CAGG host decreases and then emission intensity of Mn2+ ion increases. The emission of CAGG host is completely quenched when the concentration of Mn2+ion reaches 0.2%.We consider that the nonradiative resonance energy transfer from CAGG host to Mn2+ ion occurs in the system of Cd3Al2Ge3O12:Mn2+ garnet phosphors. The spectroscopic properties of the yellow band of the Mn2+ ion in CAGG garnets have been disc ussed.
摘要:Zn1-xCdxSe multiple quantum wells (MQWs) were grown on GaAs (100) substrate by MOCVD. Their photoluminescence (PL) was studied at temperature between 77K-300K. We have observed five emission bands in Zn0.68Cd0.32Se MQWs under the 457.9um line of an Ar ion laser excitation at 77K for the first time. The three of these bands are attributed to different exciton emission, the n=1 heavy-hole (HH) exciton transition, the n=1 light-heavy hole (LH) exciton transiton and n=1 HH exciton transition with the emission of two LO phonons, respectively.
摘要:By solid state reaction method, with double ignitions Ca3Y2(BO3)4 and Sr3Y2(BO3)4 phosphors were prepared. The reduction state of Ce during ignition has been discussed. With XRD their crystal structure have been determined,both of them belong to ortherhombic syngony,space group P21cn. The spectra of Ce3+and Tb3+ in these two matrixes have been measured. Some trend regarding the peak wavelength shift of Ce3+ has been obtained with increasing concentration of Ce3+. Sensitization of Tb3+ by Ce3+ has been observed.

摘要:Using Vogel method and the dispersion relation, the refractive indices of the organic compound in all wavelength are calculated. The compound is decomposed to the pieces with Vogel method. And a few of refractive indices can be gotten by the sum of the constants of these pieces. Supposing the dispersion relation of the compound is the normal one, the dispersion curve can be gotten from Cauchy formula and two refractive indices,then the refractive indices in the all wavelength can be calculated. With this method, the refractive indices of the stilbazium salt compound and the polystyrene polymeric material in all wavelength has been calculated. Comparison between calculating and the real value of a refractive index at same wavelength shows that the calculating value is accurate.Furthermore the refractive indices of the liquid crystal having the character of two refraction have been calculated.
摘要:The crystal field parameters and intensity parameters of the crystal CS5Eu(N3)8 were calculated under the condition of the superposition model. Then using the energy levels given by Karl Gaiterer et al, the fitting program gave out the fitted crystal field parameters. When the fitting results came out, each energy level was assigned the irreducible representation.The symmetry on CS5Eu(N3)8 crystal was discussed, the parameters of calculated and fitted were compared. Tile calCulated and experiment spectra were compared also.The enviroment around the rare earth ions Eu3+ in the mentioned crystal is actually C2 symmetry, the fitting results reveal this by comparing the correspondent parameters and the standard deviation of the fitting under different assumed symmetry.

摘要:he solubility of N in GaP and P in GaN were calculated by using the Gibbs free energy and the dielectric theory developed by Van Vechten et al. The agreement between the numeric results and the experimental ones which we can find is good. The dependence of the energy gap of the GaP1-xNx pestniobinary compound on the composition x was also given.

摘要:A blue photoluminescent (PL) band at 465urn was reported when porous silicon (PS) films were excited by a 355urn laser. Photoluminescent, transmission, and time resolved spectra were measured to study the origin of the blue band.

摘要:Thin films of tungsten oxide were prepared by D. C. sputtering of WO3 ceramic target in Ar gas,the process is presented. SCE and XPS were employed to inverstigate the microstructure of the films and identify its chemical composition. The electrical and optical properties of the films were determined by cyclic voltammetry, spectral transmittance, current-time relationship and response time measurements. Our results indicate that the a-WO3 thin films have good electrochromic characteristics.
摘要:The DC drived EL devices have been prepaired by means of conventional vacuum vapour deposition. The emitting material of these devices is Rhodamine (R6G) doped organic chelate dye 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminium (Alq3). The wavelength of devices changed from Alq3's 523urn to 575urn. Moreover, a doped Alq3 thin film whose emission colour is different from undoped Alq3 emitting layer was used as a "sensing layer".The spectra and I-V character were measured and the emission zone, interface effect, energy transfer mechanism and other fundamental problen of luninescence were discussed.
摘要:The fluorescence of Eu3+ and Tb3+ ions complexed with l-acetylacetoindole (HL) and l, 10-phenanthroline(Phen) in ethanol solution was investigated. It was found that there is a different influence for the addition of HL into the Eu3+-Phen and Tb3+-Phen systems respectively. This difference is discussed according to the ability of sensitization of HL for the luminescence of Eu3+ and Tb3+ respectively and also the coordination property of HL and Phen with Eu3+ and Tb3+.

摘要:Photon-gated spectral holeburning gives promising to frequency-domain optical storage. It is a significant tool of high-resolution spectroscopy as well. In this paper, our recent results on temperature cycling experiment in the systems consisting electron donor, acceptor and polymer host were reported. Electron-phonon interaction were studied. By numerically fitting between linear electron-phonon coupling theory and experimental results, K. Huang Factor and boson peak frequency were obtained.

摘要:The PL spectra of near-band edge emission in ZnSe single crystal thin film grown by metal organic chemical vapour deposition have been measured and recognized. The fluorescence lifetime of those emission peaks have been measured by ultrashort laser pulse and time-correlated single-photon counting techniques. The relaxation processes of the free exciton in ZnSe single-crystal thin films have been discussed.

摘要:elective anodic dissolution of GaAs substrate was used to obtain large area of ZnSe semiconductor superlattice and multiple quantum wells (MoWs) epilayers with smooth surface, and optical bistable device was fabricated by vacuum deposition of high reflec tive multiple layers on the smooth surface of the ZnSe-CdZnSe MoWs.
摘要:Abstract In this paper, the effect of color temperature on color coordinate difference between rare earth three origin color phosphors and lamps are investigated. The optimum range color coordinates of various color temperature phosphors are suggested by the change law of Δx, Δy follow by color temperature variation as well as color coordinate range of various fluorescent lamps.
