摘要

采用水热法制备了Li

4-3x

x(MoO

)

系列红色荧光粉.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM )和荧光分析(FL)对产物的微结构、形貌和发光性能进行表征分析.XRD分析表明

制备的Li

4-3x

x(MoO

)

微晶均为白钨矿四方结构.SEM结果显示:随着x的增大

4-3x

x(MoO

)

微晶的晶粒尺寸相应减小

在0.2~0.5 m之间变化.荧光分析结果表明:源于Eu

的

和

电荷转移的592 nm和614 nm的特征发射峰显现明显

后者的发射强度远远大于前者.随着x的增大

样品中Eu

的两个特征发射峰的强度先增大后减小

在x=1.0时达到最大.

Abstract

4-3x

x(MoO

)

microcrystallines were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The crystal structure

surface morphology and room temperature photoluminescence properties of the microcrystallines were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD)

scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and fluorescence analysis (FL)

respectively. XRD results confirm that the obtained Li

4-3x

x(MoO

)

microcrystallines are all typical scheelite structure with tetragonal symmetry. SEM images show that the grain size of Li

4-3x

x(MoO

)

microcrystalline decreases with the increasing of x

varies in the range of 0.2-0.5 m. Fluorescence analysis results reveal that the two strong emission peaks attribute to the transitions of

and

of Eu

ion (located at 592 nm and 614 nm ) appear obviously

and the emission intensity of the latter is much higher than that of the former. With the increasing of x

the emission intensity of the two characteristic emission peaks of Eu

ion initially increase

reach the maximum at 1.0

and then decrease.
