Hydrothermal Synthesis and Optical Properties of SrHPO4:RE(RE=Eu3+ or Tb3+) Nanophosphor
phosphors with nano-scale grain were synthesized by the hydrothermal method in this work. The morphological and optical properties of these phosphors were also investigated. The sizes of the -SrHPO

nanorods are found in the range of 90 to 200 nm in length and 24 to 36 nm in width. The introduction of doping agent ions of Eu

decreases both the quality of the crystallinity and the aspect ratio of the matrix. Under the excitation of near ultraviolet light (395 nm)
