Effects of Fluxes on Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Sr0.97Si2N2O2:0.03Eu2+ Phosphor

as the raw materials. Excited by near-ultraviolet
the phosphors emit bright yellowish-green light and the peak of the emission spectra is at 533 nm. The crystalline phase formations of the phosphors with different fluxes(NH

) were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of the fluxes on the morphology and luminescent properties of the phosphors were also investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and fluorescence spectrometer
respectively. With the introduction of the fluxes
the agglomeration of the phosphors is relieved significantly
the crystallinity is increased
and the emission intensity is enhanced. For all the fluxes
NH

Cl has the greatest effect on the emission intensity of the phosphors.
