摘要

采用水热法制备了空心半球形SrWO

及Tb

、Eu

掺杂的SrWO

球形颗粒

利用XRD、SEM、荧光光谱等研究其物相、形貌及发光性能。未掺杂的SrWO

具有空心半球形形貌

属四方晶系。SrWO

:Tb

及SrWO

:Eu

为球形颗粒

其相结构与未掺杂样品类似

形貌从空心半球形转变为球形颗粒。随着Tb

掺杂浓度的增加

SrWO

:Tb

的形貌从球状变成由纳米棒构成的花状;随着Eu

掺杂浓度的增加

样品中出现了单斜相的Eu

其形貌也发生了明显的变化。在紫外光激发下

SrWO

:Tb

及SrWO

:Eu

的发射光谱由钨酸根的宽带发射和掺杂离子的特征发射组成

分别表现出绿光和红光发射。Tb

的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为3%

的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为25%。

Abstract

Hollow semi-sphere SrWO

and rare earth ions (Tb

) doped SrWO

microspheres were synthesized by hydrothermal treatment and characterized by XRD

SEM and photoluminescence (PL) spectrum. The results indicate that the undoped SrWO

has hollow semi-sphere morphology

with a tetragonal phase structure. The phase structure of SrWO

doped with Tb

or Eu

is similar to that of the undoped SrWO

while the morphology transforms from hollow semi-sphere to microsphere. With the increasing of Tb

doping concentration

the morphology of SrWO

:Tb

changes from microsphere to micro-flower composed of many nanorods. The increasing of Eu

doping concentration leads to the presence of monoclinic phase Eu

and the morphology change of SrWO

:Eu

. Under the excitation of UV light

the emission spectra of SrWO

:Tb

and SrWO

:Eu

are mainly attributed to the characteristic emission of Tb

(

transitions

3) and Eu

(

transitions

respectively. The optimal doping mole fractions are 3% for Tb

and 25% for Eu

in SrWO
