摘要

采用高温固相法制备了Sr

材料

研究了Dy

掺杂浓度对Sr

材料发射光谱的影响。在349 nm紫外光激发下

材料的发射光谱均呈双峰发射

分别为

9/2

15/2

的蓝光和

9/2

13/2

的黄光。随着掺杂浓度的增大

的

9/2

15/2

跃迁产生的蓝光发射峰强度先增大

在4%时达到最大值

之后减小。样品的色坐标位于蓝白色区

当Dy

的摩尔分数为2%

10%时相对应的色坐标分别位于A(0.263

0.317)、B(0.243

0.321)、C(0.233

0.317)、D(0.248

0.296)、E(0.267

0.325)。

Abstract

A novel white-light emission for full color emission Sr

phosphor was synthesized at 900℃ in air by solid-state reaction route. The crystal structure and photoluminescence proerties were characterized by XRD and fluorescence spectra

respectively. The results show that the incorporation of Dy

ions do not change the single-phase structure of SrB

. The PL spectra show the excitation peaks range from 300 to 400 nm is due to the 4f-4f transitions of Dy

. This mercury-free excitation is useful for solid state lighting and light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The emission of Dy

ions upon 349 nm excitation is observed at 484 nm (blue) due to the

9/2

15/2

transitions

579 nm (yellow) due to

9/2

13/2

transitions

respectively. The emission intensity of the

9/2

15/2

transition under 349 nm excitation related to Dy

doping concentration (

value)

which increases rapidly with the increase of Dy

concentration

and reaches a maximum value at 4%

then decreases with increasing Dy

ions due to the concentration quenching. For Sr

-B

phosphor

the three-dimensional network of BO

tetrahedra acts as a shield. It can isolate the Dy ions from each other

and resist the concentration quenching. By simulation of white light

the CIE chromaticity coordinates for Sr

phosphors located in the bluish-white region. All the results imply that the Sr

phosphors could be potentially used as white LEDs.
