摘要

利用XRD、VUV及UV光谱等方法对Ce

、Tb

离子掺杂以及Ce

、Tb

离子共掺的3种BaCa

(BO

)

荧光粉的相纯度、发光性质、浓度猝灭现象进行研究。结果表明:3种荧光粉在VUV波段有较好的吸收

基质吸收带位于140～190 nm范围。Ce

在BaCa

(BO

)

的最低4f5d跃迁带位置在360 nm附近

其5d

(

=5/2

7/2)发射峰分别位于393

424 nm。Tb

掺杂的样品在172 nm激发下的发射光谱由4个窄带组成

分别对应

(

6)的跃迁

其中占主导位置的是

的跃迁

大约位于543 nm处

主要为绿光发射。在Ce

离子共掺杂的BaCa

(BO

)

光谱中

观察到Ce

-Tb

离子间有能量传递。

Abstract

The luminescence properties of Ce

activated BaCa

(BO

)

phosphors were investigated by vacuum-ultraviolet (VUV) and ultraviolet(UV) spectra. The phase purity was characterized by the powder x-ray diffraction (XRD). The results demonstrate that the band near 140～190 nm range in the VUV excitation spectra is ascribed to the host-related absorption. The lowest 5d state of Ce

in BaCa

(BO

)

is located at 360 nm

and two emission bands from Ce

(

=5/2

7/2) were found at about 393

424 nm. The emission bands of Tb

-doped BaCa

(BO

)

consists of four components

which correspond to the

(

6) transitions with the dominant

transition at 543 nm. The energy-transfer between Ce

and Tb

occurs in Ce

co-activated BaCa

(BO

)

phosphors.
