Synthesis of Fluorescent Probe Based on FRET and Its Appalication in The Determination for Hg2+
based on FRET mechanism was synthesized. And through research its spectral properties and recognition to mercury ion
we found that it featured a rapid fluorescence enhancement at 575 nm upon the addition of Hg
2+
in
V
(C
2
H
5
OH)∶
V
(H
2
O)=9∶1 solution. The fluorescence changed from blue to bright red
while the color of the solution changed from yellow to red. This probe showed high specific for Hg
2+
over other metal cations
such as Na
+
K
+
Mg
2+
Cr
3+
Fe
2+
Co
2+
Zn
2+
Cd
2+
and Pb
2+
. It could detect Hg
2+
effectively in a relatively wide pH range (4~10). The titration experiment indicated a 2∶1 stoichiometry of the RC-Hg
2+
complexation species.
