Properties of Up-conversion Emission of Er3+/Yb3+ Co-doped Oxyfluoride Glass
co-doped oxyfluoride silicate glass ceramics were prepared. The fluorescence spectrum and absorption spectrum were characterized. The up conversion spectrum showed that there were four luminescence centres at red(645 nm)
green(545
522 nm) and blue(480 nm)

which indicated a two-photon absorption process. The results showed that the samples lowered phonon energy and greatly improved the up-conversion efficiency by heat treatment. Judd-Ofelt theory was employed and the intensity parameters were obtained.
