利用高温固相反应方法合成了Ce

离子激活的氟磷酸盐基质发光材料Na

可以看到Ce

7/2)发射峰分别位于350

375 nm

由此推测Ce

离子在该氟磷酸盐基质晶格中可能只占据一个格位。研究了Ce

离子激活多磷酸盐样品

Cs)在紫外光和X射线激发下的发光性质

发现该系列多磷酸盐样品在X射线激发下有较高的光产额

有可能被发展成为一类性能优良的闪烁体发光材料。

were prepared using a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. Five excitation bands were observed at about 316

206 nm from Ce

5d in Na

and two emission bands from Ce

5d-4f were found at about 350

375 nm. On the basis of these observations

it is assumed that Ce

ions occupy one lattice site in Na

0.01

. The luminescence of

)

=Na

Cs) under X-ray excitation revealed that these phosphors have high light-yields under X-ray excitation

showing that they may be potential scintillation materials.
