摘要

通过高温固相法成功合成了NaGdMgTeO

∶

（

=0.1~1.0）红色荧光粉，并采用X射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、漫反射光谱（DR）、光致发光光谱（PL）、电致发光光谱（EL）等多种测试手段对其结构形貌、光致发光特性进行了详细表征。实验结果表明，在397 nm紫外光激发下，NaGdMgTeO

∶Eu

呈现出典型的Eu

特征红光发射；当Eu

掺杂浓度达到

=0.5时，样品展现出最佳发光性能，更高浓度的掺杂量会导致浓度猝灭。基于变温光谱，进一步探讨了NaGdMgTeO

∶0.5Eu

荧光粉的热稳定性和作为荧光温度传感器的应用潜力，并据此计算得出了相关的关键参数指标。同时，通过对所制备LED器件的光电性能评估，初步展示了该材料在固态照明领域中的应用。此外，该材料还可用于潜指纹检测，有助于法医的鉴定。综上所述，NaGdMgTeO

∶Eu

作为一种多功能型材料，在多个领域展现出潜在的应用空间。

Abstract

The red phosphor NaGdMgTeO

∶

（

= 0.1-1.0） was successfully prepared using the high-temperature solid-phase method. Comprehensive characterization of its structural， and photoluminescence properties was conducted using X-ray diffraction （XRD）， scanning electron microscopy （SEM）， diffuse reflectance spectroscopy （DR）， photoluminescence spectroscopy （PL）， and electroluminescence （EL） measurements. Under 397 nm UV excitation， NaGdMgTeO

∶Eu

exhibits characteristic emission of Eu

. The optimal doping concentration of Eu

was found to be

= 0.5， beyond which higher concentrations result in concentration quenching. Temperature-dependent PL spectra were analyzed to investigate the thermal stability and potential application of NaGdMgTeO

∶0.5Eu

as a temperature sensor. Key parameters related to its temperature sensing performance were calculated. Additionally， the photoelectrical properties of LED devices fabricated with this phosphor were evaluated， demonstrating its promising application in solid-state lighting. Furthermore， the material showed potential for latent fingerprint detection， indi

cating its multifunctional nature. In summary， NaGdMgTeO

∶Eu

emerges as a versatile material with potential applications across various fields.
