    • In the field of LED lighting, researchers use microwave method to synthesize efficient fluorescent carbon dots, and tune surface functional groups through doping technology to prepare single component solid-state carbon dot phosphors with anti aggregation induced fluorescence quenching effect. They can be applied to high color rendering index white LED devices, with a solid-state quantum yield of up to 37% and excellent optoelectronic performance.
